First of all she's not there whenever I go there, And you walk in and there's a little girl who just stares at you I said hi like 4 times and no respond, Then finally some old woman from the back answered And she has the worst attitude! And she's like "peggy is not here come back later" I'm like I have the measurements and it's just a pans and she's like "come back tomorrow" Horrible service! Not recommended!!!

I went and gave her my dresses and she gave me a price. Two weeks later she tells us that she is all done and it’s ready to get picked up but she has added an additional 100 dollars to what she had said before saying that she didn’t count them right. Her work is great but she is not supposed to add money after we agree to pay she should of have called us before she did anything and tell us that she added more. I never agreed to pay that much. I could have just bought something new. Paying that much. She also said that she didn’t mind that we don’t come back. And took back the dresses back to the hangers. I’ve never seen anything like this. For a sec I thoght I was on what would you do.

Extremely overpriced! I gave here a zipper to fix on my jumpsuit, she said they would take out the old zipper and put in a new one, however that did not happen. It was the same zipper, so therefore my zipper ripped once again. She told me I was charged so much to replace the old zipper (she claims she made it an “invisible zipper”). Never again. I also brought her a few military items, completely overpriced!

It’s been a while two months since I went to get my dress and I put it on today and there were needles everywhere in unnoticeable places so I put it on and I’m telling myself why is my feet stinging so I look down and my feet is bleeding with multiple scratches. Word for advice check just before you wear it even though you already checked make your hands go over it so u don’t end up wearing a dress and every time you move you get scratched and bleed. I would not recommend this place unless you have tolerance with arrogant people

I go to Peggy for everything I need done to my clothes. I completely trust her experience and opinions. She has always been very kind and has done great work within reasonable time periods. I wouldn't even remotely consider going to anyone else, even if it saved me money.
