I had a last minute zipper repair. ( Wed. am drop off with Thurs pm pickup) Called MANY places that were expensive for that time frame with an ADDITIONAL charge ( $25 minimum). I believe she charged an extra $5 for an Excellant repair that was done early!!! Convenient, professional and great service! Top of my list for alterations !!!

I went in and got zippers installed and busted seams fixed on a few vintage pants. Just dropped them off and a few days later picked them up.

She fixed a rip in my winter coat for a ridiculously reasonable price, and she called me 3 days before she said it would be ready! Friendly woman, as well. I recommend!

They fixed the zipper on my non-leather purse which was coming out. They charged $5 and the work was excellent. The other tailor that I went to estimated the work at $10 and in the end told me that they could not do the repair. I am definitly taking all of my tailoring needs here.

Fair prices and fair work. Though due to the language barrier, ordering what you desire can be a difficult process. Additionally, they don't call back like they say, or have the clothes ready in the promised aloted time

This place may provide good alterations but the costumer service is abismal. I brought in a bridesmaid’s dress that needed to be taken out. It was a last minute alteration and I didn’t have more than 4 days. The lady that was in the store proceeded to yell at me about how I was being delusional about the dress being done on time; my reaction was okay I will just go somewhere else. Oh no, it doesn’t end here. Said lady made me try the dress anyways and when I did she started making body shaming remarks about me to my face. I didn’t really care for her tone nor poor attitude. I will never come back to this place. And if the owner is reading this make sure your employees have some basic customer service skills and don’t yell stuff at you like “dress too small, you too large”.

Definitely Breakable

I needed an expedited alteration on my best suit for a short notice job interview. I communicated the importance of both why I needed a rush and the value of the suit. Not only was it done promptly, but the service was exemplary. I had recently had a bad experience elsewhere and this was a breath of fresh air, while also providing me with an extra sense of confidence. Will return!

I brought my dress in to see if she could help hem the bottom. She was extremely rude and would not listen to what I wanted done, she barely let me say anything. She told me to bring my dress elsewhere because she would not work on it. Very very rude, bad customer service. I would never go here again.
