Absolutely wonderful. Staff was really friendly, and despite me having never been to a tailor before he was able to deduce what needed to be done to my pants, describing what he would do, doing only what was needed and no more. It was wonderful, and I think the price of $25 was fair. Cash only, though, so don't expect to use a card.

I've been to Q Tailor many times over the course of my professional career to alter and repair dress slacks, suit coats, shirts, and most recently a pair of jersey gym pants. Seon is always pleasant and his work impeccable. He does not accept credit cards but that enables prices to remain reasonable compared to various places downtown.

I wish I could give 0 star. The guy was very disrespectful he barely acknowledged me and I was the only one there. He was already hesitant before I even showed him my dress that I needed to be altered. He was making so many excuses that didn’t make any sense. I already know he didn’t want to alter my dress because of the vibe he was giving me. It was like he didn’t like people that looked like me. If you really want to do business you have to make sure that everyone that comes to your store feel welcomed and not look down upon just because they look different from you. I really hope you treat everyone with respect next time they come to your store regardless of who they are or what they look like. I will never come here again. Even though it’s a walking distance. I’d rather drive an hour to go somewhere where they are able to help me without a discriminating against me. At the end of the day it’s business. Leave your personal propaganda at home.
