I had a dress emergency days before a wedding. I brought it in four days before expecting a huge rush fee! They only charge at three days or less (and it’s minimal). They did such a wonderful job and it was very affordable! I will be coming back for all of my future tailoring needs! They were wonderful! Thank you!

Great job on the 3 sport coats I've brought in over the past few months! I'm tall and slender and even 'slim fit' clothes are often not cut as slim as they should be. I didn't want to spend too much for a full-on tailoring for one of the sport coats, so they skipped the collar take-in to help the price. I buy the sport coats on sale from Nordstrom Rack, Macy's and Men's Wearhouse and then get them tailored for a perfect fit here. Highly recommended!

I've had things tailored here over the years, but recently they did a great job and deserve some kudos. They tailored a velvet sport coat and did a great job and recently did a Euro hem on my jeans and turned it around in one day as I was in between trips and wanted to take the new jeans with me. Didn't even charge me extra for the rush job.

I have gone to Professional Tailor for all of my alterations over the past 3 years. I am extremely happy with their workmanship and their willingness to re-alter anything that doesn't fit exactly the way you want it to. They are very responsive to any deadlines that you have for getting your clothes done and I think that their prices are fair. Overall, their service has been great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service! I went in one morning with a tux that needed to be tailored that day as I had a flight the next morning. The pants were so large that they essentially needed to be re-cut - which is a major job. The coat need fewer alterations. I came back later that day and the job was complete and she even did a couple of adjustments once I returned to pick up the tux to ensure the perfect fit. Excellent service and high quality work. Thanks for the attention!

We brought in a pair of suit pants that we needed hemmed and the tailor did a great job. She also showed us the look difference in taking in the leg and how it made the pants more streamlined and clean. We were very grateful for her suggestion as it made the suit look much more polished. The work was well done and they were finished on time.

This place did a fantastic job on my bridesmaids dress for my brothers wedding. I feel like it fits me perfectly I mean absolutely perfectly- it could not be better. I want to get all my clothes tailored by them now. And they did it in just a few days because I was visiting Minneapolis for a business trip and going straight to the wedding from here. They accommodated my very specific and inflexible schedule with a Sunday drop off and after work pick up and honestly I couldn’t ask for a better result at fair prices! So fast and accurate!! I was in and out with my ball gown fitting in 12 minutes. I picked it up 1 week later. The little clasp broke in the back, they fixed it for me free of charge. If you don't mind your seamstress being on the phone with someone else the entire time, it was an overall affordable, fast and well executed experience.

I had a great experience with Tang at Professional Tailor in Southdale Mall on the third floor. I had two holes in a beloved sweater and Tang mended them so beautifully that I could not find them. And she is very reasonably priced. I intend on using this site again.

Thanh Mai and her staff are amazing. I had an all lace dress tailored and they did an incredible job. I can't even tell where they took it in but it fits exactly how I had hoped it would. Only had to wait one week for it to be done and costed me $40. You won't find a deal like this with such excellent service. Highly recommend, I will be back! Thank you!

Not only did Professional Tailor fix my collared dress for less money than another tailor in Edina, but they also were able to turn it around in a few days for the wedding I needed the dress for! They offered helpful advice about the tailoring process and did an incredible job. The end result looked incredible.

PLEASE go here rather than the *other* tailor in Southdale. These two are a bit hard to find (3rd floor Macy's exit past the china/dishware), but I'll give you three reasons why you have to come here the next time you need anything tailored. 1) The *other* tailor at Southdale is very rude during consultations, and is always overbooked so they rush and do sloppy work. 2) These tailors overnight rushed my suit for only $5 (I was an idiot and bought a suit two days before moving to Japan for graduate school)!! 3) They did an alteration to my suit almost no other tailor would do, and I have to say it fits me like a glove now. Please bring your business here, avoid the *other* tailors that just happen to have a better spot in the mall.

I would highly recommend professional tailor. I recently came in to get 2 of my suits tailored. Not only did they do a good job after I decided what I wanted, they helped by giving recommendations and consulting with me about my options. Those recommendations are why I will be returning in the future. The last place I went to didn't offer that at all and also made me feel ridiculous for asking. It also helped that she confirmed with me the available pick up time 48 hours before I was supposed to come in.

This was first time having professional work pants shortened to fit me and they did an excellent job. I was in and out and they had all three pairs finished by the next day at a totally reasonable price. The employee was also fabulous with my 4 year old daughter. I have never been to a tailor in my life and this place was my first experience getting my clothes tailored here. Been here a couple of times to have my dress shirts hem with a purpose to wear them untucked for school/casual/work. They did an awesome job and I'm happy with the results! Drop your clothes off here and it takes about a week to pick them up. By all means it was really worth it!

I highly recommend Professional Tailor for alterations. The service was friendly and professional and the alterations were excellent. I brought my evening gown in on a Friday night and they had it ready by 12N the next day. They even provided a complimentary alteration! I will bring all of my alterations to them!
