Homeboy charged me $68 to alter 4 pairs of jeans yet wouldn't let me try them on before i left the store because he was "busy" yet there was no one in the store besides me, when i got them home and tried them on the were exactly like they were when i dropped them off. I cant figure out if he did anything to them. Do not go here its a waste of time and money.

I was hesitant about coming here due to the mixed reviews, but I recently got my adidas sweat pants hemmed here and they did a great job! It was reasonably priced especially with my pants having zippers at the bottom. They were able to shorten my pants while also using the same zipper instead using a smaller zipper.

This place ruined my jacket... I brought in a new jacket to get altered they brought in the sides but could not take out the sleeve. They did not call to ask if this was ok and now I cannot wear our return the jacket. They still charged me full price.

One week to change a zipper and when i come to pick it up it's not ready he say one more day and im here now and still not ready !!

It took her four days to fix zipper. She asked when I would like to return to pick up and specifically to her the date, only to write a different date on the receipt. Went there and it wasn't ready. Would not recommend

Do not bring your wedding dress here!!!!! I had to move my wedding up by 5 months which meant getting my dress weeks before my wedding. All my dress needed was a bustle, my train is very long. I figured no big deal, I've never had anything altered before. They know what they're doing. I brought my dress in, tried it on. She was going to put 3 huge METAL hooks on the back of my Ivory dress. I told her I didn't want that but the buttons would work. Told me the price was $20 more for buttons???? Okay. Told me it would take 3 weeks, 4 days before my wedding to get my dress back. I left feeling uneasy. Something wasn't sitting right with me. I called her back 2 days later to pick it up. I brought my dress to someone else. She ended up putting a 9!!!!!, 9 point bustle on my train, no hooks. Along with some other things with the bodice. My new seamstress could not believe how they were going to do my bustle. My back end would have made me look 10x bigger than I really was. My dress was not cheap. I am so glad I found someone to handle my dress for half the cost this place was going to charge me.

wish i can give this place 0 stars. my mother (who’s of ethiopian descent) went into the store in curiosity like many shoppers and saw a dress she really liked and wondered how much it was to hopefully invest in it. She asked a Hmong lady how much it was and she replied saying “it’s too expensive for you, you can’t buy it” not only is incredibly disgusting and disrespectful, it’s racist and discrimination at the highest extent. Other reviews have complained about bad service but here I am to review about discrimination and blatant racism going on here. Do not invest or waste your time in a place that doesn’t value anyone.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THEM! My sister and I went in, in hopes that she could help hem a dress that was too long. She took out all of the pins that my sister had placed in her dress to show the ideal length my sister wanted, then proceeded to tell my sister that she didn’t have time to fix her dress. She repeatedly told my sister to take the dress back home and to hem the dress by herself. The entire time that my sister and I were there, she was not welcoming and had an arrogant attitude and only wanted us to leave. She then again told my sister to just fix her dress by herself before disappearing. My sister and I didn’t even leave and she had already left into her back room. Worst service ever.

Totally ruined my blazer. I want shorter sleeves but they make it look very unprofessional looking. Waste $25 fee plus the cost of my blazer. Be ware of this place!
