The people that works there,( there's only 2 of them) They are very rude! I asked them how much do they charge for an alteration of a dress and I made a comment about the alteration fee being more expensive than the dress and one of the lady who never smile at all told me " Take it somewhere else or do it yourself if you think it's to expensive" .That was very rude so I told everyone not to go there anymore. I guess she doesn't need costumers! My boyfriend used to go there so with my sister and I told them to go somewhere else and not to go to this shop anymore ! Not only very unfriendly but super rude!

I needed some work done with my wedding dress so I took it to Mai Tailors and they ended up needing to do a lot and they got it done in such a short time and my dress looked absolutely amazing. Mai Tailor is the best tailor around! The shop is huge, well kept, clean, bright, welcoming & the ladies were exceptional. Tuohy (spelling) was absolutely fantastic, she was very professional, listened to what I needed done and was very precise when measuring everything. I knew my dress was in good hands. Upon pick up, they were just as friendly, I tried my dress on, and sure enough, it was perfect!! Thanks Mai Tailor, you have the best!

My go to tailor for any alteration needs! Thuy and her staff are very helpful and take the time to measure as well as pin to make sure the changes that you request are made accurately. I have taken several pairs of pants there over the years and have always been happy with the completed work. This past Spring they took extra special care with my daughter's prom dress which required several challenging bodice alterations. After their time consuming transformation, the dress looked amazing and my daughter could not have been more happy with the final fitting!

I highly recommend going here for any tailoring needs. These ladies are professional and very nice to work with. I called for my WEDDING DRESS of all things because I got a second dress a month before my wedding. These ladies did a better job on this dress than the previous professional on my first dress in a timely and reasonably priced manner. It’s absolutely perfect and my dress was a very detailed and intricate dress to hem. They also cared enough to ask me to send a picture of my dress on my wedding day :) I will definitely be going back for any other tailoring needs.
