I had very a bad experience with KV Tailor & Cleaners. On April 13, 2018, I dropped two jackets for the works of shortening the cuffs and make one jacket for tighter fit. For two weeks my jackets were not work on. I had to wait another week to get them back. What disappointed me the most was that the owner didn't even bother to apologize to me and didn't offer anything to earn my business again. I will not go back to KV Tailor & Cleaners again and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I needed two suits re-altered on short notice and they did a wonderful job. I brought in two more and got equally amazing service. The suits were boxy and inexpensive but with good tailoring, they look great! Prices are fair and predictable. I especially like that they have fully private fitting/changing rooms with lots of spare dress shoes. Other places just have a curtain and you need to bring shoes, belts, etc with you for the fitting.

Overpriced tailoring. I have had pants fixed and the hem falls right back out. I went back to have her fix it and she denied ever doing the mend and wanted to charge me again. Every time the prices are different. Also, they send dry cleaning to clean and press. The prices are also never consistent. She is always irritated that I am using a debit card. I will not be returning.

I had a rip along the rear pocket on a pair of jeans-style leather pants. I figured this would be a more difficult repair, one that some tailors would rather not try. She was upfront that the repair would still be visible and wouldn't appear as if it had never happened. In the end though, I was quite happy with the result. The repair was done on time and the price was great. I will definitely go back the next time I need a tailor.

I went in expecting to leave my favorite jacket there for a few days to have the zipper removed and replaced. The tailor said she could repair it instead and she did for a fee that was much less than I expected to spend. I left 10 minutes later WITH my jacket!

Brought in 4 suits. Did an exceptional job, however I returned one of the dress pants back for her to redo and a month later tried picking it up but was no where to be found. She claims I picked it up already. All she has is a tag that proves it's been picked up... not by whom or when. As others have mentioned, her attitude about it seemed non-apologetic. At times she tried reversing the table on me claiming I picked it up already and most likely misplaced it. Impossible as I haven't set foot in her shop since I dropped off the pants a month ago. She didn't take any accountability. Pretty much lost 1 suit because of this event. No compensation or anything offered (just a big fat SORRY). It's going to cost me another $400-600+ to replace the suit now. I only recommend this place if you want to deal with potentially losing clothing articles and with an owner who has no accountability, will invoke victim blaming without hesitation.

Disrespected my significant other, then hung up the phone on me when I called to speak with them. I’ve patronized this establishment once myself (years ago), but they have officially lost my business as well as hers. Never go here. Catherine/Katherine(however you spell her name) is extremely rude.
