I purchased two suits from Macys and decided to have them Tailored at Greg's. Both suits were ruined and now I can't wear them. I was charged a very high amount to have them Tailored and when I came to pick them up NOTHING had been done to one of them so I had to wait another 2 weeks. They lost my work order and tried to charge me again as well. Both suits were taken in so far that I canno't move in them. I took one back and explained what needed to be done. I was told they would fix it. I waited for 3 more weeks and when I returned to try it on again NOTHING had been done to the suit.. it still was way to tight. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Not only did I throw away $178 to have two suits altered. I also now have two suits I cannot wear. Expensive, slow, never call when ready, shoddy work if any.

I am a very tall and skinny guy so most of my clothes don't fit right off the rack, especially dress clothes. Have always gone to Greg's and all my clothes have come out perfect. The one negative is they don't call when its ready but they give you a date and they have made that date when they said it would be ready by every time for me.

Had curtains done here before. Hemm was slightly off but they didn't see it and denied it. Not noticeable so let it go. Today I needed a dress hem. Waited 30 mins listening to a conversation how they altered a dress so much it didn't fit, then obviously didn't quote a price for two suits intake on pants and jacket so the high cost they then quoted after spending 30 min placing pins all over these suits were being pulled out as the customer ahead of me wasn't willing to pay. Then I was victim to the same scenario except I was previously quoted for my dress but my price chg because it was two layers. So now it was more than what I paid for the dress. AND it would have taken 8 days to get it back. No thank you. Poor customer service followed by highway robbery. Won't be back. Get a quote 1st in writting.

Phov and Sophean are just great to work with! I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Sophean did an awesome job with my very large order giving suggestions and letting me know when I can save money by NOT altering something. Her recommendations were spot on. quality of work was great! Phov knew the one poor review on this site and I must tell you like always there are two sides to every story. I will make sure I keep going back for sure!

I highly recommend this tailor to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable tailor. It’s owned by a sweet Cambodian couple who genuinely care and want you to look good in your outfit. They were recommended by a friend who is very particular with their clothes, and they completely impressed me! I needed my wedding dress altered two weeks before the wedding and they finished it in five days. The day I got it back, I realized I needed it re-altered due to a miscommunication, and they gladly altered it again without charge. Really excited for my wedding dress now thanks to their help!

Brought my wedding dress here and it turned out even better than expected! I called ahead and set a day to bring it in, I arrived early but her husband greeted me at the door and offered me coffee instead of making me wait in my car because they weren't open yet. She got it done well within the time frame I needed and made suggested some adjustments that I didn't even realize it needed. Wow did those suggestions make a big difference in how the dress fit and how I felt in it! Highly recommend!

My daughter was married in September and they did such an amazing job on her dress. I didn't realize when we brought it in to be hemmed that there were actuall nine layers!! But the price was fair and she also did the dress on my hem and all the pressing. Everything was perfect!!

DO NOT BRING GARMENTS HERE. I never leave reviews but found this was absolutely necessary. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a tailor. I brought in my maid of honor dress to be altered, only at the bottom to shorten slightly, as it was too long. When I arrived, they set it up to be hemmed for 3.5" heels. When I went to pick-up and try on the dress, it was too short before I even put any shoes on, much less when I put on heels. I had to buy completely new shoes, as they altered the dress THREE INCHES TOO SHORT. Better yet, when I went to pick up the dress, I was informed by the two people working that the only person who does any tailoring there was "out of town and unreachable", aka no one could or tried to even attempt to fix the problem. In addition, I had cups put in that were hanging within the dress, only attached by a thin thread on each side. The hem was completely jagged and I had to bring it into a different tailor to release the hem in a last minute emergency. The other tailor was shocked by the horrible work that had been done. I would never recommend this company. They did not even offer a full refund after they ruined my dress. Absolutely terrible business practice.

They were friendly. I was disappointed that it they quoted me 14 days to get one pair of pajama pants hemmed. Then 14 days later I didn’t even get a call that they were done. $12 for pajama pants that took two weeks... I guess I’m the fool.
