Had them alter some of my shirts prior to this horrible experience a few times and it went ok. I dropped off 27 shirts and they gave me a timeline of 2 weeks that they would have it done. I didn’t stop by for 4 weeks and they got do 7 of the shorts done. It has now been 2 months and they have 12 of my shirts done. I’ve stopped by 6 times and now I just picked up 16 shirts that haven’t been touched yet and one that is half done. Their excuse is that they are too busy right now. Not sure why you would give me a timeline of 2 weeks if your “to busy.” I will never go back there obviously but I do support local businesses like these but I am so disappointed with the service that I had to leave a review.

I've been going to Chi for tailoring and cleaning for about ten years. Mor is absolutely wonderful - repairing holes of various sizes, cleaning, zippers, hemming, adding linings to skirts - she and her family have done it all for me over the years!

They kept my money despite not fulfilling the service of cleaning! I basically paid them for absolutely NOTHING! I brought my shirt in to be cleaned and showed the stain to the young woman, indicating that special attention be paid to the stain. When I came back to pick it up, the stain was still there. The older woman said there was nothing she could do, arguing that they don't guarantee they can remove stains. However, when I dropped off the shirt in the first place, the young woman never told me that. Either way, they have very poor customer service-they don't care about that. All they care about is taking your money and giving no service in return. After all, it is a dry cleaner! The service is supposed to be that your stuff gets cleaned! Other places I've been to refund or send it back for a second cleaning if they can't remove a stain the first time. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone since they are not willing to deliver on their stated service, nor are they willing to compensate the customer if they cannot fulfill the customer's request.

Been going for years. Not one complaint. The lady named Mor has owned the business many years and instills in her customers much loyalty. Sadly, very recently Mor has absented herself from the store. Her lovely niece Luanne is now "minding the store," with cae, devotion, and careful attention to each customer. Her husband also works by Luanne's side. They still very much have my loyalty.
