Outstanding sweater repair (by reknitting over a moth hole). I brought a heavy wool sweater to Betty after we stored it improperly and found a moth hole. She was concerned that there might not be enough loose yarn (or she would not be able to find a match) to re-knit over the hole and that she'd only be able to repair it. From the way she looked at the sweater, and the problems with it, it was very obvious that she's knowledgeable and skilled and I told her to do what she could. My husband just picked up the sweater and it is perfect. You can't tell that there was ever a hole. Flawless knitting and restoration.

I can not recommend this place enough. I took a dress in to be shortened and the lady here not only shortened it but she also took it in (in all the right places!) She was so sweet and kind and very knowledgeable about hemlines and all that jazz. I would trust her with all types of alterations! Highly recommend! Great service and I will enjoy this dress many times now that it is fit to perfection!

Fantastic service and work. Tailors everything in a timely manner and at a fair price for the high quality of work. Whoever posted the negative review below must have missed the large sign with prices that is posted above the cash register. The people who work at this establishment are kind and generous people who, in my experience, would never, ever take advantage of a customer.

The staff was very sweet and did a great job but was SUPER overpriced. A simple one layer hem on a floor lenght black dress, she told me $85 I was shocked any other seamstress charges between $25 and $45. There isn't an actual price sheet she follows. She picks a price as you stand infront of her. Its as though she looks at you sees you designer purse and jewelry etc. And is like yup she can afford it. Also her hours say Friday Opens at 9AM online but the door says 10AM. Its unfortunate that people still operate like this. I wont be going back.
