I couldn't be happier with the service, quality, and turn around that I received during my experience. Mike does a phenomenal job of putting your mind at ease when you leave knowing you will get exactly what he promised. I've been looking for a tailor for a long time that I truly like and it's safe to say that I wont be buying a suit/getting a suit tailored from anyone else going forward. Dennis is one of the sales reps and was great to work with as well as he would bend over backwards to make my experience as good as possible. Would recommend this to anybody looking for a high quality GOOD FITTING suit and great service.

Wonder experience with Mike. He gave us the best deal in town for our wedding party!!! My wedding was june 1st,2019 and everyone looked amazing. mike made sure that we were happy and gave his honest opinion in helping us coordinate the groom, groomsmen, and fathers with the colors of the wedding. Mike even went above and beyond with suggestions and throwing in small touches to make sure everyone had that wow factor. my husband (the groom) had his jacket custom made by MIke and he is soo in love that he plans on wearing the jacket again. Went to Sam Michaels for a prom tux. Very prompt and friendly service, the lady that assisted me really wanted to know what I wanted and how I wanted to look while wearing the tux. Helped me pick out the right color to match my date's dress, as well as what I wanted to wear! Recommended all my friends to go and anyone else that needs formal attire! Will definitely return in the future, especially with such good prices. Glad to see shops with great customer service are still open!

Love everything this store has to offer. Its family run, so you always see a familiar face. Mike is a tailor and when he sells you a suit or even a shirt he educated on the fabric and quality of what your buying. I just like coming here and getting a full wardrobe for my husband. They help you with each item, suits, shirts, blazers, jeans, even shoes and socks. I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint, Their denim collection is unreal, there's a brand for everyone and they have a the best variety, JBrand for my son and Hudsons for my husband, and even if they dont fit perfectly off the rack they tailor the jeans to fit like they were custom made. Its a one stop shop for guys, I get all of my tailoring done here, ill never go anywhere else. You guys are the best!

Currently their Fedex driver and every time i walk in there I get treated as if I was apart of their family. I have done lots of business with mike and he’s always taking care of me. Anytime I ever needed anything he’s helping me out. Just picked up some new cloths for my vacation and they went out of their way to make sure my tailoring was expedited. Mainly know for their custom tailoring and the fact that anything you buy from them the tailoring is already included in the price. But recently, their casual department has expanded. They have great pricing on designer denim, I get my husbands Hudson and Joes jeans from Sam and we get them altered and pick up the next day which is so great. We also got our wedding tuxedos from here and were so happy. Early delivery, same day tailoring and fabulous tuxedos for my bridal party. I recommended to any guy for mens clothing and just everyday tailoring. They're the best!

I want to thank Sam Michaels Tuxedos for the most wonderful experience. Putting together a wedding can be overwhelming at times, but the pros here at Sam Michaels made the tux portion of planning a piece of cake. I bought my tux, accessories, and shoes while my groomsman rented tuxes. My tux was perfectly tailored and the whole outfit was absolutely perfect and classy. I wear suits at work and have been to many metro Detroit tailors, and I have to tell you Sam Michael's tailor is the best I've been to. He has a great eye for every last detail. From now on all of my suits go here. I also had a couple of groomsman who were only in town for one measurement and their tuxes fit like a glove. I can't say enough about how happy I was to choose this company and how thankful I am for their incredible service! They have a customer for life.

I needed a brand new custom trailer suited last minute for a communion party, and Sam Michael's delivered once again. Samantha matches a perfect look with a textured stylish collared button down and a tie that was the envy of the event. I came the next morning and tried on the suit and Mike decided to adjust the vent and take out some material to give me that tight fitted look I need. Took about 10 minutes and it was worth trying on once more before the event. While I waited I picked up 6 pairs of Happy Socks and got fitted for a new pair of Hudson Jeans. They were exactly what I needed as we hit spring. Sure you can buy everything I got from the mall or online, but no one is better at customer service or has a more talented expert tailor on hand than Sam Michaels. Really, the best in the business and the only place I shop for my day to day. I recommend them highly!

Sam Michael's has always been my go to for any big occasion. They have always been kind to me and I have never had issues. I recently came across a situation for an event where our guest speaker faced an amelia birth defect and has no arms or legs. He went in to another rental shop and they refused to cut the sleeves off for him and told us only a day before we needed it. Sam Michael's took my call and request with no issues and got this custom order made within 24 hours. This meant the world to me because I was panicking about how I would get it done.
