When I first went there he was rude. I think he should get some customer service experience before. I was only 16 when I got my prom dress fixed. He eyed me down like some kind of prey. I didn't appreciate it and I won't be going there again. I'll be taking my business else where.

I had brought my wedding dress here to get it altered, paid 150.00 barely anything was done to the dress, I had went back today & I was willing to pay to get it re-altered so it would be at the correct length, the owner had told me his wife is only in on Saturday, told me I can go to the Grand Rapids location if I needed to get it altered again but cannot guarantee that it would be ready by my wedding date, I’m so disappointed after hearing such good reviews, I still can’t believe they were this rude and the fact that I paid and was not happy, even when I picked up my dress, he told me to take it home try it on and bring it back in, so unprofessional, I will never recommend this place to anyone especially when it comes to a wedding dress.

I had lost a lot of weight and needed almost a whole new wardrobe, which I couldn't afford. I brought several items to Mr. Tran; dresses, pants, shorts, skirts and shirts, which he altered to perfection at a fraction of the cost a new wardrobe would have cost me! I will never go anywhere else!

Good price and more importantly good workmanship. I bought a suit at Men's Warehouse and had the pants and jacket altered. He did a great job measuring and making the alterations. I talked to him about a couple minor alterations and he gave me his honest opinion about how it would turn out, rather than going ahead with making a few extra bucks. $45 to get pants hemmed, waist adjusted and jacket sleeves lengthened.

My husband & I both have had clothing altered by Mr. Thanh. To say we are well pleased with his work is an understatement of vast proportions. His level of professionalism , courtesy & care places him light years above others. When he says items will be done by a certain date he means it. Oftentimes, he's had items done a bit sooner. I've recommended Mr. Thanh to several friends. Truly, his work is superb. He is always kind. This is further evidence he appreciates & cares for his clients. Simply put, Mr. Thanh is the best! This little Vietnamese guy is awesome and he can do anything you want him to do and he is reasonably priced and does a great job. I have had him hem jeans and hem curtains and he always does a great job
