Dropped off a fleece zip up to get tightened up, it was a bit loose. Picked up about 5 days later for $40.00 after he kept saying "It's too much work, are you sure it's worth it?" Aside from being judged by wanting my Under Armor zip up looking good i picked it up and at first it appeared fine. Upon leaving i noticed the zipper was about 2 inches to the right from being centered, co-workers were first to notice how uneven it was when i walked in. I brought it back the next day and showed what my concern was. I was polite and even offered to pay additional for the help. The conversation ended with literally being yelled at by the owner that "It's the company that made the items fault its not centered".. The item was centered before, just a bit baggy, so no it was not.. and to hear that its impossible to take in the loose side another inch and belittled for it was a incredibly negative experience. The owner was actually sweating from being so angry and yelling - very disrespectful. I tried to remain polite - he ended up eye balling 3 more pins and angrily took the item from me. Im in awe of how i was treated for having such a minor concern. Ive had many items tailored and this is the first time ive had a mistake, let alone getting yelled at in his store for bringing it up. This was the most hostile ive ever seen a customer service employee, i can only imagine if i had a legit concern with a more expensive item.. nothing would be done. At this point after he took the zip up he told me "If its wrong next time it's not my fault, it's yours". Ive only ever had good experiences with tailors in the past and im actually quite upset about the situation. I'm actually worried about my item now, i honestly feel that ill be getting back something that is wrong and I'LL be blamed when it's wrong. I have my fingers crossed that by some miracle i'll walk away from this with the service i paid for and my item will be correct without getting screamed at over it. I'm more than willing to answer any questions. $100 to buy the zip up, $40 to get yelled at.

I went yesterday to have some shirts done and I was skeptical and I said to myself, the reviews are old,go and look for yourself but it was exactly as Ken described it, it was the worst customer service I have ever seen, the guy was just angry and do not care at all if you wanna do anything with them, so bad experience and not recommended at all

I needed last minute alterations done for a trip that I was leaving for early the next morning. They had them done for me within a couple of hours. I am so grateful for their help and look forward to using Sam's again in the future.

Sam has worked on more than 10 of my suits and has do a great job every time. He gets it done in a reasonable time and a fair price. I'll definitely be using him in the future.

Don’t waste your money or time here! Go to martinizing right down the road. This guy is incompetent and extremely rude! I honestly can’t believe he’s still in business! He sewed crooked lines, was asked to fix them and in one day the stitches fell out. After going back again we left without getting money back $25 for a simple job, a repair that still needed to be fixed, and him screaming at us! Unbelievable!

IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO STAR REVEIW... I WOULD. Extremely rude and doesn’t make sense. He frankly doesn’t know how to sew. In a matter of two hours the work I had done was falling apart. Stitching was coming undone. Please do not waste your money. Horrible experience and I will never come back. A three year old could have done a better job than this rude jacktard.

Took three trips to pickup my item because they were late twice. When I complained they didn't apologize, they gave me attitude. I've done business with Mr Sam for a long time but never again. Good work, bad customer service.

Went there for a alteration and the customer service was the worst i've seen in my 40years of living. I had to remove myself from the store and went to another one all the way in Dearborn. This guy has no clue how to deal with his customers and I would never return.

Stopped in to have three pairs of rockstar jeans hemmed because they were too long… The man behind the counter was extremely rude and said too much work and that I should wear them the way they are... I’ll pay more to go somewhere else

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!. All I wanted was a patch sewn on a pair of jeans. And he couldn’t even do that. After two hours the stitching had ripped off. He was extremely rude and frankly bullheaded. After we left he proceeded to yell at us asking us not to come back.

Owner when i dropped off uniform pieces said cash. I said with that much i would have to do credit card or he would have to come down in price. Swiss he would accept credit card. Go pick up. Wanted cash only. Is this so he can avoid paying taxes. Probably. Will NEVER.NEVER.NEVER do business here again. Fearing to atm then back to grab buy uniforms.
