I am very upset and disappointed with Golden Thread Tailoring. Rita promised me that my daughters dress would be ready for pick up today so she could wear the dress to her ball tonight. I have been calling Golden Thread Tailoring since 9am this morning, left several messages, and even went to the business around 12:30 only to find that the door was locked and no one was there. I sat and waited for 30 minutes and still no one came. My daughter has been crying and upset all day because she was looking forward to wearing her dress to the ball tonight. I also had to go buy another dress for my daughter to wear to the ball tonight which was a very unexpected expense the day after Christmas. If anyone has a way to contact Rita other than the business phone number please let me know.
