Sam is great. Great price. Brought in my men’s wool winter coat and probably took off 5 inches total. The coat now looks modern with a slim tailored cut even when unzipped. Looks awesome.

I brought a men's winter coat here to have the zipper replaced. It was not an easy job. When I got the coat back the work looked sloppy. Loose threads all over that he never bothered to trim and one side of the zipper wasn't attached to the coat for over a third of the length of the zipper. I took it back and he did fix it for free, though it looked far from professionally done. I was just disappointed in the quality of the work for the price.

Went to this shop to have a bridesmaid dress hemmed. The tailor's assistant mentioned something about $25, then suggested we wait for the tailor to tell us thevery actual price. Waited about 20 mins for the tailor to arrive at the store to make sure the price was quoted correctly. The tailor and his assistant were extremely nice people, however, they tried to charge us $160 just to HEM a bridesmaid dress. He stated it was because the dress had so many layers. Then they offered to "give us a discount" and bring it to $120 and do less layers. It's not a discount if you are also reducing the work done. Took my dress to Sue's on Hayes and she is charging $80 for all layers to be hemmed. I'm glad we waited and got the actual price because $160 is more than the cost of the dress. Girls who are going for a wedding or homecoming beware. If you're not a regular customer and are in a time crunch to get your dress hemmed, be careful where you go. People will take advantage of the fact that you are in a hurry and will charge you an obscene amount of money thinking that you are desperate and will pay it.

Sam did an amazing job on my daughter’s Bridesmaid dress. It was not an easy dress to alter with so many layers but he did a phenomenal job. Looked like it had never been altered. We paid a lot for it to be done, but his handiwork and the difficult task at hand was worth what we paid. I’d return to this establishment.

The owner of this place is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed a dress that was ruined by another tailor shop for me and was so nice to give a discount on top of that. I was in desperate need of someone to fix my dress asap since I wanted to wear it to a wedding the next day. He not only fixed it quickly enough but also did an extremely great job.
