The work on the items left wasn't done. When I went back the woman was rude and refused to give me my $ back. The only offer was to do them again. Why would I want a service that wasn't done the 1st time? These items were so far from correct. DON'T GO HERE. Plenty of other alterations places in area.

She is a miracle worker. On one occasion I brought in a new puffy jacket that had a 2" horizontal tear on the front. She was able to sew in another horizontal stitch that overlapped the tear, and it blends right in. On a few other occasions, she has hemmed mine and my son's pants. One time we needed them that day for a funeral the next day, and she took great care of us. Her prices are very reasonable too.

This place is great. My sister and I have gone to her for all of our prom and homecoming dresses and she has always done and wonderful job, usually in just two or three days. She is kind and professional, and her prices are fair. I would definitely recommend going here.

I went in here to get a new sport coat looked at 10 days before my wedding. You won’t find a more honest tailor than Samira. She complimented my garment but told me that nothing needed to be done to it. My questions about the shoulders were put to rest and she assured me that it was exactly as you’d want them for mobility reasons. You don’t find people who turn down business if they have it walking in their door. Don’t waste your time anywhere else; I know I won’t!

Doesn't have basic zipper supplies available. And when I went another time they quoted a price to alter a dress that was 3x higher than the other tailor who could do it twice as fast

AMAZING! I was a bridesmaid for a friend's wedding and after having my baby and getting my dress last minute ... the dress didn't fit! Brought to her FIVE days before the wedding and she got the dress to fit! Great pr7ces.. Fast service.. Friendly. Highly recommend!

We have used this service for many years, & I always recommend it without hesitation. We have had numerous pants, shirts and t-shirts altered. My elderly mother didn't like new clothes, and the owner cheerfully fixed her old clothes so mom could continue to wear them. She even repaired the soft case for my husbands upright bass saving him the huge cost of replacing it. I am very picky but have always been very happy with the work done here. The owner is business-like, but always pleasant. I can't imagine anyone saying she was rude unless they were being inappropriate, themselves.
