My husband and I have been coming to him on and off for a few years. Yesterday we brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed and 2 dance recital tutus to be brought in at the waist for my daughter. When we showed the items to him at the counter he acted like we were wasting his time and laughed at us "for such a small job." When he saw my daughter, who is very tiny 6 year old, he laughed at her to her face and said "no way." He was a complete jerk and we couldn't believe how we were treated. It was shocking. It takes a special kind of person to be so rude to a kid. Pretty elitist attitude for being in a mall like Oakland, I'd say.
