I was looking for someone to alter my daughter's homecoming dress and chose Florence because of her 5 star rating. I called her with a few questions because it has been 20 years since I needed this kind of service. She answered my questions and worked easily with my daughter's hectic schedule for a fitting. She has a professional set up in her basement. She has a warm, friendly "greeter" to welcome you. She is kind, professional and friendly. She completed my daughter's dress within 2 days and charged a fair price. I will go back for any alterations I need in the future.

I chose to contact this tailor because of her high 5 star rating and her pleasant professional attitude on the telephone. I took 2 pairs of pants to her to see what type of environment she provided to customers. I was pleasantly surprised. Her shop is in a lovely quiet and pleasant area in Delta Twp. I found easy access parking and one on one professional customer service. I could tell at once that she was an experienced professional. Her shop is very pleasant and well appointed. She does the fitting and sewing herself so you don't have to worry about someone else handling your clothing. Florence had my pants finished in two days and they fit perfectly! I have now taken her 3 more items and highly recommend her to all of my friends and family and anyone else looking for quality tailoring in the Lansing area. Florence is a delightful person to deal with. I have finally found a greater Lansing tailor to stick with! Very fair pricing as well!!

I had to get my bridesmaids dress alterated and chose Florence because of the great reviews I saw . She was great to work with , and listened to how I wanted my dress . It took her only a week to get it to me . & It was done beautifully! What I also love is that she does it in the comfort of her own home , so if I need to come a little later than closing time , she will be there . Just call her to make sure she is home ! And i just moved here to Lansing and will only be going to Florence for my alterations needs !

Just picked up my wedding dress from being altered by Florence. She did an amazing job! Everything I asked for (and I asked for a lot). She altered the back which is all mesh material and made it just like my vision I described. She completely took it in, hemmed the length, made a beautiful bustle, and added a button. All for a very reasonable price. You can tell she is very experienced. Overall very pleased and will return should I have any other alteration needs.
