As some people mention, on occasion, there is a light smoky smell when you pick up your clothes. A quick wash in the laundry and this is fixed. The repairs and alterations are cheap, effective, and done quickly. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

Couldn't sew on my rank and service stripes in 5 days, but sewed on another customer's rank and name tapes on his lunch break when I went to pick up my items the day after I needed them. And she did a poor job on both my dress uniform and my duty uniform. The rank wasn't even sewn on all the way around! Is thread that expensive that she can only sew two sides leaving the top and bottom open? Items will reek of smoke when you get them back. There are other shops nearby that do alternations that care more about customers than this place. I don't know why anyone comes here. Don't even bother.

As another person said, your stuff wreaks of smoke. Prices are always different for the same work. Took my BRAND NEW $100 jersey up there to get hemmed, she hemmed it WAY too short and now I can't even wear it.
