Never go here to have something tailored, I had 2 pairs of dress pants and suit coat tailored by them, the suit coat and one of the pair of pants came out good, however the other pair of pants was not completely finished when I had came into the store to pick this up, however they never told me this at the store, when I went home to use those tailored pants for a business meeting I noticed that the stitching inside was not all the way complete on one of the legs as all the others were. On top of that Alia is very expensive to have any tailor work done and had poor customer service. I will NOT be going back!

We've had a number of things altered there in the last few years including a tricky zipper replacement on my winter coat, and the work has been done well, and it was reasonably priced. The turnaround wasn't lightning fast, but it wasn't unreasonable either.
