I can't speak to the quality of her work but the woman I spoke with on the phone should NOT be in customer service. Adding "ma'am" to a sentence doesn't automatically make it polite. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she didn't understand my question but asking "roughly how long will it take to hem a new pair of pants, I will need them by Tuesday - is that feasible?" didn't seem overly complicated and did not warrant hanging up on me. Lady I spoke with - if you are reading this maybe take a second the next time a potential new client calls and give them the courtesy you'd expect someone to give you.

Called a couple days ago, was not going to leave a review until I saw the comments.... I called and called and called. Sometimes sherbet maybe vanilla but guess what? No F******g icecream! I Cant Even!

I have had clothing altered there over the years several times and was always pleased with the quality of the workmanship ad my interactions with the owner. I will go there whenever I need something altered. Kevin

I find this seamstress to have reasonable prices, she is quick and does a great job. All my hems have been right on the money.

My fiancé and are are getting married this weekend and we knew it was a long shot asking ANY tailor to hem a pant two days before the wedding but we are in a pickle. We live in Wareham So of course my first phone call was this place. Now let me just say I have never in my life written a bad review because I like to give EVERYONE the benefit of the doubt and everyone can have a bad day but this was different especially after reading all the other bad reviews! She picked up the phone with an attitude and and treated me unkind from the start. I was a burden and doing this kindness for us was going to be a huge deal for her but she was willing to look at the pants and see what she could do by Saturday. I told her my fiancé would be in in the morning and she said OK and we hung up. However, my fiancé was not with me and had some questions of his own so I gave him the number and warned him that she was a crabby woman. When he called he was treated even worse than i was. After asking if it was if was possible to do even more work than I originally asked (nothing huge literally bring in the pant line as well and maybe hem the sleeves of the jacket) before stopping in and wasting time she had a serious attitude and then Accused him of changing his story. He was simply asking if it was even possible for her to get that done before Saturday and she scolded him, told him good luck finding anyone who’s willing to do this and hung up on him. OK so after all of this I found the sweetest woman in Plymouth to do the work for us and she was so kind and willing plus very excited for our wedding. Do not waste your time with this woman in wareham she is a royal you know what.

Incredibly rude when I called them up. The woman hung up on me before I was done with my question. I called her back and she was very combative until I asked her if she could repair some damage to a jacket and a pair of jeans, she got angry with me and rattled off where she went to school and said "I didn't go to school to repair clothing" then hung up again. That is the dictonary definition of what a tailor does!!! Based on her attitude and tendency to hang up on people in the middle of them speaking, I wouldn't subject my worst enemy to this shop. BTW I made sure to be incredibly polite with "thank you" and "ma'am". That's not how you treat another human being in any busines. Wouldn't be 1 star if she had the slightest tact in customer service and didn't seem angry I was calling her. 0 stars if I could give it.

On the phone she told me the shop was "around back", so I followed the small arrow to the house in the back. A woman came out the side door of the house and asked, "didn't I see the sign"? It was at least ten feet high on the side of the house. I am seventy five. She said it with a snotty tone of voice and a look on her face like I had two heads. I started toward the door, but then changed my mind. I said I'm not taking her rude attitude and left. She yelled something back at me about not being able to read. Hint: if you're providing a service, provide good customer service as well.

Very friendly, I thought I needed my suit top and bottoms altered, she took a look and let me know I didn't need the top done. I appreciate the fact that she wasn't trying to make extra money in something I didn't actually need.
