i brought a dress in to be hemmed, it was a pretty simple job but they charged $50. When i picked it up, the hem was so uneven, it was almost 2 inches longer on the right side compared to the left and parts of the hem were loose and coming apart. Horrible Quality! the dress is pretty much ruined.

Sewed in the zipper to my favorite cardigan sweater, and sewed together an unraveling Velcro strap on my boot. Happy-making!

Very bad quality job. Brought my sport jacket in to get my sleeves shortened and they are visibly two different lengths. One is the length I wanted and one is much shorter than I wanted. The buttons are also no longer straight. They were sewn back in crookedly. All this cost $40 cash which, I'm not sure but, I think is overpriced for a job like this. I went back to him and asked for a refund and he gave me half back.

John is easily the best tailor in Medford. Funny, fast, and had a great eye to make things fit right the first time. I'm a customer for life after he made a last minute adjustment to my suit just before a business trip to Japan. Don't trust your cleaner and go to John, a real pro.
