5 stars - they really care about what they do.Over the years, Fann's has expertly tailored heirloom baby clothes, brides maid dresses, prom gowns, suits, expensive winter coats, etc.for me - at a fair price. Craftsmanship like this is hard to find, and this business is a gem.

Mr. Fann does a fantastic job and has the highest quality customer service. I have had several suits tailored here and they always come out perfect. My mother and other female family members go to Fann's as well, so I know he does a fantastic job with women's clothing.

I'm always amazed at such professional work at such reasonable prices. Once I brought in a beaded gown that needed to be shortened in only two days and he did it and charged and extremely fair rate. I've been using this shop for about 9 years and haven't looked anywhere else since I found it.

Tried to rush a bridesmaid dress, then said it would cost $65. Forget it I left. Found another place that took there time for half the cost! If your rent is so high try some better business practice then you wouldn't have to overcharge on your services.

Mr. Fann was fantastic with my tuxedo pants. I went in and he immediately started measuring me to hem my pants. They came out perfect and I really appreciate the detail he put in the stitching. Other hemming places will try to do short work and only hem it enough so that it stays in place but leaves room for the stitching to be accidentally pulled from trying to stick your leg through. Not Fann's. His stitching was complete. No shortcuts. And the pants fit like a glove. He has a great personality too.

I have been going to Fann for about 18 years and that's because it is consistently great work. I have taken a few particularly complicated jobs to them and they mastered them beautifully. One of which was completely reconstructing a bridesmaid dress and adding some additional material when I was pregnant and participating in a wedding just before my due date! They don't rush you but they are very efficient which allows them to help so many customers and do so much work in a timely manner. Often they are able to "rush" a job through for you, if necessary.
