DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE YELP RATING. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM BEFORE THE CURRENT BUSINESS OWNER TOOK OVER AND SINCE THEN THIS PLACE AVERAGES 1-2 STARS. RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME. I moved to the Brookline area a few months ago and wanted to find a dry cleaners and tailor shop close to where I live. I did a quick yelp search and chose this one based on the 4 star rating, without looking in detail at the reviews. I had a terrible experience with them. Their services are sub-par and expensive, and they are shockingly rude. After my experience, I went back to look at the yelp reviews because I was confused how this place had a 4-star rating. When I actually started looking at the reviews, I found that the current business owner took over in January 2015. Most of the positive reviews were written before that time when the prior owners were in charge. Since the current business owner took over, 8 out of the 12 reviews are either 1 or 2 stars. The new business owner has really driven this place into the ground. Don't be fooled by the overall yelp rating, it is deceptive! Save yourself the time, energy, and money and go ANYWHERE else. It won't be hard to find better service.

Great tailoring and very fast! Had sleeves shortened on a suit jacket, dropped off Monday morning and picked up Wednesday evening. Reasonable prices and GREAT long hours.

Had a pair of dress pants that needed to be cleaned and needed a minor repair. Pants were cleaned and pressed, and seam was repaired. I felt price was reasonable. I'll be going here in the future.
