Incredibly shady and deceiving company. Three brand new shirts with tags still on them were dropped off for delivery. When picking the shirts up, all were too tight and one even had sleeves tailored when that was never requested. Shirts are beyond their fixing and the owner, Mr. Daswani, refuses to compensate me for the unserviceable shirts. They actually believe they don’t need to because they didn’t intentionally ruin the shirts. Would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I’m now pursuing other means to be compensated.

Fantastic fitting clothes for an affordable price. Also great selection and solid service. Highly recommended if you're a guy looking for custom-fitted clothes.

Very poor work and very poor service. We had brand new clothes taken in for alterations, tags still on them. The salesperson, not the tailor, did the markings for the alterations, which we didnt know until we came back to pick up the clothing and they didnt fit. It was at that time he brought up that they don't do alterations on site and that he wasn't the tailor. They destroyed the shirts. We asked the shirt sleeves to be shortened and instead of shortening the length they made the sleeves smaller, so my husband's arms couldn't fit in them. We asked for the shirts to be taken in around the waist and instead they took in the upper back. We asked for them to be fixed but they couldn't do anything else to fix the problems. We asked to be reimbursed for the shirts and the owner refuses since he claims ruining brand new shirts wasn't intentional. Better off goong somewhere else.

Shame. Closed ahead of posted schedule on at least two occasions in as many weeks. Bad experience.

I ordered three mid-level suits from this place. Price was competitive but service was awful. These guys are very pushy and basically force you to buy it even if it doesn't fit perfectly. Also the salesperson takes your measurements rather than a tailor. After getting another suit made by a new tailor in a different city, I realized how poor this establishment was. My new suit fits so much better than any of the three that The Tailored Man/ Hong Kong Custom Tailors made.
