I had been going to these cleaners for the last 6 months since I moved to Odenton. They washed my whites instead of dry cleaning them. When I looked over all my stuff it was all gray. They told me that they came like that. I wear a suit to work every day, there is no way I would be wearing gray shirts. They were not willing to refund me anything. To top it all off when I walked out the owner said "have a great day" with a smirk on his face. Oh and beware of getting things tailored there, putting a button on cost me $15.00.

I had to get my command rocker sewn on my whites and I needed it by the next day. Instead of the next day, they just had me sit down and wait about five minutes and it was finished. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.

Got a jumpsuit tailored here in February. The lady did a very nice job hemming and fitting the sides of my outfit. I would recommend them for alterations - good quality work. Ive never tried their dry cleaning though.

Really great at alterations - I brought my Army uniform and then a number of suits to be taken in at various areas (waste, hem, etc) and they’ve done great work. A little frustrated that I was waiting for 15 mins after they were supposed to be open, but not a huge deal and they are worth the rate. And very kind too - would recommend!

I can't say enough about this place. The owners are very friendly and the quality of work is amazing. I drive 30 minutes out of my way just to have my uniforms altered and cleaned at Soon Cha. I haven't asked for same-day alterations or cleaning, but they will have you uniforms/clothes done the next day if needed. They also make quality nametapes for all branches of service. Truly a one-stop shop for all your alteration and cleaning needs.

It is difficult for their staff to take special requests due to poor language skills. There are no posted prices and it seems like they just make up a number on the spot. To sew on 3 simple patches she wanted to charge $40. When I said I would have to take my business elsewhere she brought it down to $30, but then went back up to $35.

Paid $50+ to have ASU coat taken in & cleaned. Came back 6 days, to include weekend & it wasn't ready. Tried it on real quick & last said it looked good. Got home & coast was still to big. Felt like nothing had been done.
