Would give ZERO stars if possible. I called and asked if I could simply come in and get measurements taken. He said no and wouldn't give me a reason why even though I offered him money for such a simple task that tailors do. He then HUNG UP on me. Awful service and wouldn't recommend any business to go his way.

Rebuilt an a dress suit jacket for me. When finished I haphazardly tried it on and quickly returned home. When I had time to try it on, I realized it was too tight and brought it back wondering he would take another shot at it. He readjusted the jacket without questions or additional charge, even though I had already taken it home and returned a great product. Real professional, great experience, will return.

He hemmed two pairs of pants and shortened two dresses for me. The fabrics of the dresses looked to me like they would be difficult to work with, but he did an excellent job with all of the items. Fast and professional. Definitely will visit again and would highly recommend.

I had three collared shirts altered, and when I got them back the sleeves were too short. As in, they would have been embarrassing to wear. Ruined. When I brought them back to show the guy, he denied that anything was wrong.

Mr. Song is nothing short of a miracle worker. He has altered 4 bridesmaid dresses for me -- both letting them out and taking them in. He had to basically rebuild one of them from scratch when I lost 50 lb between the ordering and the fitting, and I was the best-fit bridesmaid at the wedding. He has altered business suits for me and for friends. His prices are reasonable and he can fix anything, quickly. At this very moment he has my wedding dress, and I have complete confidence that it will be perfect, perfect, perfect. Even though I live in Alexandria now, I make the trek to Silver Spring because there is just no comparison. He is fantastic!

This guys is the worst tailor to work with. You literally give him instructions on how you want the garment tailor and he just nods along. You would think that is fine but the guy barely understands English. I asked for him to taper a pair of expensive raw selvedge jeans, and he messed up the selvedge. So I ask him no this isn't what I wanted and even gave a picture of what I wanted and another pair of jeans to work with. When he didn't do what I ask for, he tells me that I'm wrong and starts yelling that I confused him. Do not come here. The work is overpriced and there is no ensurance that he understood what you want.
