The man who runs the shop is so friendly. Customer service like his doesn't exist anymore. He also did an AMAZING job on my pants. I brought him a pair of Hugo Boss slacks that I needed hemmed after buying a new suit and he did great work with them. I guess hemming pants is one of the easier things when it comes to tailoring, but I strongly recommend him. I will return to him for anything that I need done. Thank you so much for helping me with my pants!

I had a chanel pant that I received as a gift from a close friend. I took my pant to ridgeway through advice and high recommendation from a family member. He took my measurements and called me back for a fitting in two days. I was amazed to see my pant completely rip apart and now held temporary together by a based stitch which the tailor explained me. The pants was ready for pick-up in two days as promised by the tailor. When I tried on my pant, tears flowed from my eyes because this Chanel pant was such a sentimental value to me. The amount of dollars I spend for alteratiion on my pant was worth every dollar spent. This is the best work out there I have seen done in years since discovering Ridgeway. He understands my needs for certain details and deliver on his works. Ridgeway Alterations is the best in the city, and I will continue to use his services for years to come. Any one looking for a "GREAT TAILOR" this is the man, highly recommended in the local area.

I was very happy with how fast and beautiful my dress alteration came out to be. The top bit of my dress was very loose and didn't fit me at all. It only took 3 appointments to fix it. 1- The consultation. 2- The fitting. 3- Reviewing the final product and taking it home. First of all, they are located inside Burlington coat factory. But i had a great experience and i rate it 5 stars because of the integrity of his work. He helps you figure out what you want and has a lot of insight, you can tell he's experienced and a true professional! But i was even more pleased because i came expecting to pay the initially agreed fee but when i arrived, he went out of his way to give me what i was looking for, at the right and cheapest price and i walked out saving almost 20$. That is someone you can trust and i always recommend him to my friends!

I had a wonderful experience at Ridgeway Alterations. I brought my dress in to be altered on Friday to attend an event on Sunday. There was a lot of detailed work to be done on the dress. I collected my dress on Saturday evening and it was a perfect fit. The master tailor completed it in a timely manner, at an affordable price. The customer service was excellent and I was satisfied with the service and quality of work done. I definitely recommend Ridgeway Alterations!!

Ridgeway was a great find for me in the local area to make alteration to my uniform items. I have been in the military for over 15 years and always use the base service to alter all my uniform items in the past. About 2 years ago, I needed some uniforms items alter quickly and Ridgeway quoted me "reasonable" fee for the service.....Since then I have taken over 30 uniform items and personal items (Dresses, pants, skirts, etc) to get alters. His service was above my expectations and matched all base alteration services done in the past. It beats waiting in line on base to get my uniforms items alter again and paying the crazy base prices for the same services. I have been going to Ridgeway since then and I will continue to enjoy his wonderful services and prices.

Ridgeway did an excellent job of shortening the sleeves of my suit jacket. The sleeves had real button holes which meant it could not simply be shortened but required a creative touch to hide the old button holes since they would be in the wrong place when shortened. Ridgeway went above and beyond to create a stylish solution that was better than I could have expected.

The tailor at Ridgeway Alterations is very experienced and knows a lot about clothes. I admit that I have gained a few pounds over the years, and I needed to have an evening gown altered for a special occasion. I went to two places before coming to see Ridgeway. He was able to take in the sides and shorten the hem of my dress within in week at a very competitive price. I had a great experience at Ridgeway Alterations when I was getting my wedding dress altered. I got it used so it needed to be shortened (it has a train and several layers of fabric making that not easy) and I needed to make straps shorter and make the neckline less deep. Ridgeway Alterations was extremely professional and took the time to have me come in and measure and have me approve every step of the way. It was amazing to have the assurance I will get a chance to see the details of everything being done. Additionally, I really needed to have the dress washed and pressed and despite the fact that their usual cleaner had just moved, they took the time to find another cleaner and take my dress there before returning it to me. The dress came back at the end of it all looking amazing both in style and fit as well as how white and shiny it was! I was very worried about trusting someone with my wedding dress but choosing Ridgeway was definitely a great decision and they made me feel at easy from the get go. I could tell I could trust them to do an amazing job. Oh, and the cost was pretty reasonable too and everything was done very timely. I would recommend this place to someone who has some nice items that need some work!

Worst experience ever. Brought two pairs of pants in. One pair was supposed to be hemmed but the legs ended up 1.5 inches different in length. When I brought them back the guy was a total jerk. So rude and did not take responsibility. The other pair had a messy taper. Horrible service, poor work, bad attitude, and to top it off, expensive pricing. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Custom Alterations on Georgia, half as much cost for work that is 10 times as good.

I am amazed at the quality of work on my daughter's prom dress. The dress is strapless with a side zipper, fully lined and made with layered and pleated chiffon--impossible to fix! Ridgeway took the whole dress apart and made it fit perfectly-- it looks like it came straight from the factory. It did take 3 visits to get it done properly: 1) My daughter came in for him to pin the dress so it felt right, 2) She returned to try it on after he had basted it to the right size 3) We picked it up finished.
