I had an unusual need and had visited a couple other places before coming here that couldn’t perform the repair. I have a large, Orvis brand dog bed and the zipper that runs around the bed for the cushion insert. The man at Randolph Tailor assured me he could specially order a replacement zipper and perform the repair for a very reasonable price. Just got the bed back and it’s fantastic! Excellent work, thank you.

I dropped off a brand new suit last week and picked it up today. I'm 6' and 180lbs. 42R. Nothing too complicated. I have to say, the people working here were very friendly. But I didn't pay for friendly, I paid for a badly tailored suit and an apology. Supposedly, I can bring the suit back for further alterations but like anyone else having something tailored, it's for an event and the apology was for having all their staff on vacation for the next four days. So I'll go be a poorly dressed bumpkin at a nice event and afterward, we'll see if they come true on their word.
