I prepaid for a tailor service, Lee(the owner) asked my budget instead of having a set price for services. We agreed on a price. Lee said Saturday my items would be ready by 3, swiped my credit card and then immediately asked for an extension to 4:30. I came Saturday at 4:45 and out of 6 pieces she only had two done and asked if I could come back Monday. I asked for a discount that following Monday and Lee responded with "no I already gave you a discount from the beginning". I would advise all to NEVER go here, she has all this scripture on the walls but is very unchristian like with courtesy and respect for people's time and money.

On Wed around noon, I brought in a pair of gloves, a hat and a cardigan to be cleaned. The woman there asked if I'd like it on Friday or Saturday and I chose Friday, as I live out of town and don't come into the city on the weekends. The total was $15 and you have to pre-pay. I don't think this is the most expensive, but definitely way more than ZIPS. Whatever--I paid it. On Friday at 2:45pm I went to pick up the order. The same woman frowned and said they weren't ready and to come back on Saturday. I replied that she'd said they'd be ready on Friday and asked if they might be ready by the end of the day and she actually said, "Oh, it's warm today, you don't need gloves.' (Not that it should have mattered, but I needed them for a trip to a cold climate.) Then she just shook her head. I explained I wouldn't be in the city on the weekend and she simply shook her head and said, 'sorry.' I said I was going to have to go buy new things. She just said 'sorry' again. She didn't ask me if I wanted to cancel the order and no mention of a discount. No, it's certainly not the biggest deal in the world, but it's definitely not the way to do business either. If you say something is going to be done on a certain day, then you should have it done. And the price is definitely too expensive for service like this.

HORRIBLE Experience!!! One star is honestly too many. I got a dress for my friends wedding taken in. I tried it on and it was fine. I was upset that she changed the sleeves differently from what we discussed & the split she fixed looked tacky, but I took the L. When I went to pick it up I was told that she did some additional alterations to let it back out a little. It was my mistake to take the dress in faith without trying it on again. When I put the dress on that night I couldn't get it Zipped without busting the zipper! I called her the next morning & she wouldn't let me talk, looked at the picture of the dress unzipped & told me it was fine, and proceeded to hang the phone up on me! I drove all the way back into the city and pleaded with her to fix it or give me my money. She was so rude, telling me that it was my fault the dress didn't fit because I must have been eating too much! I will never do business here ever again! A serious disaster of an experience!
