Mrs.Young is truly a Gem! My daughter ordered her dress from the internet for prom and it was too small. We were on a time crunch, we brought the dress in two weeks before her big day. She did an amazing job with the alterations! She was very professional. When we first walked in she and her husband were very welcoming. I appreciate her so much. I recommend going to her! You can tell she loves what she does and it shows in her work. Thanks again!

Dropped off my suit for blazer and pant adjustments with dry cleaning on Monday morning. Was told to pick it up Friday. Went to the place on Friday around noon. Suit was still being dry cleaned. Told to come back at 5p. Suit was dry cleaned but adjustments was not even done. It even had the clothes pin still attached when it was dry cleaned. It might be an isolated event but first impression is often a lasting impression. Took my suit and my money back. Will most likely not comeback to this place. Only one person working on adjustments so beware if you have any emergency tailoring needs.

Amazing service! Clothes do have a 24 hour turn around time which I understand. My suits and uniforms always come back in amazing condition! Love them and have been using them for several years.

Great local business to support. She took time with me to alter a bridesmaid dress and a few other dresses for work. She did not rush me and was very patient while I was being particular about what I wanted. She altered my dresses appropriately and took them in from the shoulders rather than a short cut way. All dresses turned our great!

They were friendly when I dropped of my wedding dress on a Saturday. and the price was reasonable for a steaming(was able to pick it up Wednesday, but couldn't so I picked it up Thursday). (hence the two stars instead of one). My issue is that, when I got my dress back there were black spots on all the buttons of my dress, and streaks on the dress. She admitted she didn't know, and said that she would try to get out. This is Thursday, and my wedding is Saturday(so I'm already nervous, and upset. This is a NEW dress, and it's already dirty). I return my dress to the shop, hoping that they "can" get it out. She made it sound like she had to "send my dress out" of the shop to get it steamed when I first dropped it off. So "I'm thinning MY dress left the shop??" I didn't ask about it then, I was more concerned about getting the spots out. I call the next day so see if my dress is ready, and she said nothing of the condition of my dress. I go back to pick it up, and the spots are still there, only lightened. She swears she did everything she could, but there was still spots on the buttons. We literately go back and fourth about the condition of the buttons. That you can't see them in photos, but I would know that they were still dirty. I moved on from that, and asked how it could have gotten dirty. Shes saying it's not her responsibility, if the dress is dirty(HOW is it not your responsibility? It's in your shop!), so I asked this time about my dress leaving the shop. And she got really mad saying it never left the shop, even though the day before she made it sound like it did. She even admitted that she didn't even look at the condition of the dress before she got starred, and didn't check after she finished. (What shop dosen't do that?) The conversation went completely down hill from there to the point she accused me of not only buying a sample dress since(which I didn't since it took three weeks to get it from the shop I bought it from) though I said it was a $300 dress(not that you can't buy a brand new dress for $300, if you don't look hard enough), but purposely getting the dress dirty(For what reason would I ruin the reason I got this dress in the first place?). I got some of my money back, but I will never go back to this shop. FYI: We got the spots out ourselves with oxi-clean and water.

I drop my jacket to be a just and made smaller 10 days ago and have been told that will be ready during this week! We it's not even start it. I sugess that place if you need something ready after a couple months from the drop of date 10days plus are too short time for them. The lady is also kind of rude she was almost angry that I need my jacket. I will go back there today to pick it up and bring it to another place... Just don't go there it's waist of time

Mr. Jim is wonderful. He is kind and full of knowledge about their services. His wife does all alterations in-house. As a new customer, Mr. Jim gave me insight into discounts offered including 20% on 5 items or more. Wednesday's there is a discount on hemming. There is a 24 hour turn around minimum which is why I only gave 4 stars. To me, customer service is more important; I would highly recommend.

I had my Tux for my wedding cleaned and slightly modified. The owner did a great job getting it ready for me and with plenty of time to spare. She is friendly and always has time to chit chat to make a very friendly environment. I would recommend her for all your needs. From my wife: She fixed the tear in my wedding dress that I didn't think anyone would be able to fix. It was ready on time and came looking very professional.

The woman who was working there was absolutely wonderful. She made all the alterations I asked for and they look phenemonal. It was ready when she told me it would be done as well. I will definitely visit again.

We've always had wonderful service here. From altering his and the kid's dress clothes to always being able to get his uniform back to me quickly. She once was able to clean a Snap-on racing jacket that I don't ever think he has washed in his lifetime. It came back to us fresh, like new and none of the colors ran.

I took a shiny dress shirt with an emblem to Glen Burnie valet and the cleaned shirt was dull and the emblem was damaged with beads missing and threads hanging. Also the clasp were damaged and nothing was said when I picked up the shirt. I will not use them again and if it is a special garment do not take it to this cleaner.
