I have used K&W for almost 10 years. They are always friendly and courteous. They do excellent work, and have good prices. Sometimes I come by before they are supposed to open, and they have never turned me away.

We have been coming to K & W for years and they do a great job for a reasonable price. From shirts to our king size comforter, everything comes back perfect. We even have them do button repairs and tailoring for us. Always very nice and professional.

Friendly staff. Have yet to have any issues with my shirts. They do a great, long-lasting job on my slacks. Comparable prices to most other locations. Cheap fixes too e.g. new buttons, small holes, etc.

If you live in, or near Columbia, and you are in need of dry cleaning and alteration services, please listen to me - Go to MegaCS. Every experience with them has always been great, and I’ve never been disappointed. The last cleaning I needed was for 2 suits, and one of them had a nasty coffee stain on one of the pants legs. I thought this $800 suit was done for.. Boy, oh boy, was I wrong.. The stain is completely gone and both suits look like they have just come off the rack after purchasing. I highly recommend MegaCS and encourage you to bring your items to them. You will receive great service at a great price - The value, as far as I’m concerned, is worth much more than they charge. Thank you MegaCS - You keep me looking sharp!

WOW, what dry cleaners in Columbia, MD, can you go to where you're greeted by name and asked about your family, before they take your clothes and money? It's MegaCS! Was K&W, now under new management, but same familiar face. I was there about 2 weeks ago, I took a light blue shirt that had been accidentally washed with pink and red clothing. Well, the shirt was full red patches, and I thought it was ruined. I took it to MegaCS, and was told to come back in 3 days. I wasn't super confident they'd be able to help me, not because of the dry cleaners, but because the shirt was in such a mess. When I returned to pick up my shirt, it was SPOTLESS! I've had clothes hemmed, taken in, I've also purchased clothes that needed some TLC, and knew I could take them all to MegaCS, and they would make it happen for me. I can't say enough great things about them. If you're in need of a dry cleaners, I highly recommend MegaCS. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. All of the years I"ve been going, I've never been let down.
