She fixed the length of a pair of pants for me. I went back to her shop because both pants were unstitching completely. She told me that her guarantee covered the first 30 days after the service, which is ridiculous since you don't pay for a 30 days service, not even for a 5 months service. Last time she fixes muy pants was February and like I said both pant started unstiiching after a couple of months. She was rude and blain her machine of the poor work. Horrible service. Do not recommend at all.

The work was done well, but shady practice. I had a suit jacket altered. I was told the price would be $35. When I returned a week later, the price had jumped to $70. No explanation.

My Mother and I needed alterations on her Mother of the Groom dress and my Bridesmaid dress within a week of the wedding. Time was tight and they were able to accommodate. We came in with our dresses and they pinned us up and marked the hems and gave us a quote. Our dresses where altered and ready in about 3 days. We came in and tried them on again to be sure they fit and both were perfect. Then at the cash register they told us the alterations end up being half of the original quote and we happily surprised. At the wedding our dresses had the best alterations out of anyone else there and we had the best experience with this Mother and Daughter duo at Lydia's. They work quickly and professionally and I will be coming back for all my alteration needs!
