They do a great job. Really, absolutely no complaints. Definitely pricier than other places, but better quality as well. The staff, however, tends to be rude and a bit unfriendly. Also, they lost my items for like 2 weeks and then didn't offer any kind of explanation or discount, which was surprising to me. Overall, good quality but every time I leave, I think to myself that I need to find a new dry cleaner. They're just super convenient to my house!

They did a fantastic job on my suede jacket but they don't take $100 bills. I get it but was not happy that I had to leave the building to find change. Pay with your credit or debit card. Don't pay with large bills. Other than that I would have given them 5 STARS.

When I'm in town, I love the place to get my clothes Drycleaned. They handle everything with the utmost care and professionalism. They also go the extra mile to accomdate you and your needs. Alterations are on the money too. I've used dry cleaners all over the country and had to utilize some that had prices that were in the stratosphere yet the work was subpar. Look sharp Cleaners, while the prices are not in the Stratosphere and not as cheap as a neighborhood cleaners that sends your cleaning to a big cleaning plant, most of their work is done on the premises. They have many different promotions that make them appealing. Above all the service that they give is well worth what they charge. I'd give them 10 Stars!!!

I have been using LookSharp for a couple years now , I just loved them. My clothing is always perfect they call or txt you if they can't get it to perfection! Like a button loose. The driver that delivers and picks up from my house is always courteous and professional, not to forget the outstanding customer service from everyone at LookSharp! Keep up the good work this is exactly what our community needs .

My father got a black gum-like substance stuck onto the front of a sweater. We brought it to LookSharp on the off chance they’d be able to remove it. Somehow they were successful! Someone is ready to wait on you the moment you walk in the door. I don't a need for dry cleaning or laundry very often, but I have used Preston several times for shoe repair and sewing; every time my little dog chewed through his harness, they are able to see it back together for a small few, and more recently they replaced a fastener in my grandson's hockey shorts. They made a second adjustment on that project to get it working properly. If you are in need if i button, they have a wall full, and you can find leather cleaner and other shoe care products. Great service.

This place has become like my personal family dry cleaner! The customer service is absolutely incredible. They know me by name, they carefully check items for stains, their communication of any garnet concerns are called prior to care, they sew up missing buttons, hems etc and even deliver not to mention accomodating my needs in a timely fashion.I love this place.

I rarely need dry cleaning anymore, and yet was sad to see that the place I had been using had closed. A friend recommended Look Sharp Cleaners, and I found them to be very convenient. But then they called me about a repair and how we’d prefer it completed. And then they finished the repair much sooner than expected, so I could pick up our cleaning and the repaired leather coat in one visit. I highly recommend them for the conscientious good work they do.

They spent over a week ruining my coat. Fur was totally botched. I could've thrown it in the washer and dryer if I wanted to destroy it myself. Thanks anyway. My previously beautiful fur hood now looks like mashed gerber hamburger meat. Disgusting. Unprofessional.
