Although the store is beautiful and the dresses are as well, i am rating them based on experience. We made an appointment with the owner via email. The owner was nice and helpful. The staff that was assigned to us, was not. She wasnt pleasant from the moment she opened the door to let us in. She was not helpful, she rushed us, and overall it was not enjoyable. The size range in dresses was also very limited. Most dresses, according to the associate, were too small for our bride. All in all, it was terrible. The bride felt uncomfortable and rushed. We went elsewhere and immediately found the dress.

I was completely blown away when I walked in; absolutely stunning, spacious, contemporary bridal boutique! Ms. Olga is so genuine, kindly honest, and truly a gem to work with. There are so many on-trend current dresses; I can’t believe this place is in Frederick, it seems more like posh boutiques in NYC or DC. Check it out, you will not regret it!

While the boutique was absolutely beautiful, I have to rate based on the service that my friends and I received during a fitting session. The staff (one person in particular) were not friendly from the moment we walked in, refused to write down the name of the dresses tried on during the session and even seemed to be in a bit of a hurry to get us out of the store. We asked for prices and the person helping us simply told us she did not know without even making an effort to find out the details of the items we wanted. Maybe it was an off day but this dramatically ruined our experience at our first bridal fitting. I still cant quite understand the 4 dress limit/restriction, especially when there was absolutely no other clients in the store.

Where do I start... Olga thank you for everything you have done for my family. Everything was absolutely perfect. My dress alterations were spot-on perfect. My mother's and grandmother's dresses were stunning. My ring bearer looked so professional.Thank you for allowing me and my mom to make memories at your store. I'm sure my mom will bring pictures by the shop. Thank you again!

I have absolutely nothing NOTHING good to say about this place. I’m a bridesmaid 1 of 7. Our experience at this boutique was extremely terrible. My sister-in-law found this boutique and was so excited to find her and her bridesmaids dresses. She and her maid of honor found our dress style although we had to order them due to the color scheme we needed. We ordered our dresses that required a down payment to order. The dresses we ordered were a rose gold/burgundy dress. THAT WAS NOT WHAT WE GOT. The colors came back gold and red. The dresses we got were HIDEOUS. The colors were wrong and my sister-in-law and brothers wedding is less than a month away. If they keep the date due to this setback. We asked for a refund due to the dresses not being what we wanted or ordered and she told us “NOT MY FAULT, NOT THE DESIGNERS FAULT”. We even recommended getting our new bridesmaids dresses from there. And she was being hesitant and told us she can’t talk to us she must talk to the bride only. She is absolutely DEVASTATED AND STRESSED that they aren’t anyway understanding or helpful. We even told them we will never come back or recommend them to any one else and she all but said she did not care.
