Good and fast work, but it seemed pretty expensive. $30 for getting sleeves on a blazer taken in is a bit much.

High quality work, but pricey. I had them hem 3 items and all were perfect when finished. Google has their hours wrong, and they do not follow mail hours. Call ahead to make sure they're open before dropping by.

My overall experience was great. Price range was reasonable, time until pick up was also good. Dropped some clothing to be sowed back on the pockets and shoulder area on a vest and dress pants. I'm very satisfied, they look good as new! No marks or threads leftover. Strong supporter of this independent business.

I just moved to the area so I needed to find a good tailor. I am also in an upcoming wedding so I needed my measurements to order my bridesmaids dress so after reading all the great reviews I decided to stop in to see if I could get my measurements and if they were nice and looked reputable I would take several items in for tailoring. I got there and the man behind the counter barely greeted me. I should preface that I was the only one in the store so its not like there were a lot of people waitig. After I asked if he would take my measurements he just flat out said "no." I have gone to a few different tailors in other towns before only needing measurements and I haven't ever been told no before. I would have completely understood if there were several people waiting, but I was literally the only person. Now they definitely will not be getting any of my business.

Excellent customer service. He offered me options and without pressuring, let me decide if I wanted to move forward with an alteration or not. I did move forward (it was replacing an entire zipper & zipper strip of a winter coat) and it was done on time and looked beautiful.
