Sunny provides outstanding shoe repair services. I took a pair of beat up dress shoes to him that were in need of serious repairs and he made them look brand new! He offers premium products and fair prices. If you need repairs, new soles, or new heels, he's your man. Can't recommend Cobbler & Co. enough!

Go somewhere else...Everytime I've brought them a pair of shoes I get turned away with some flimsy excuse for why they can't help. Even when I was just looking to get the shoes cleaned. At this point I think they're just being lazy.

Took a pair of leather ankle boots in last week to be resoled (from the 80s and one sole was just coming off) and it turns out the soles just needed to be glued back on! He also shined and polished my boots so that they look brand new. All of this for 10 bucks!!!! If you have any leather that needs some TLC bring it to Cobbler and Co, you won't regret it.

Nice job, fair price, great customer service. It's a family business, the young one is passionate. He's won an award for shoe repair at the largest shoemakers trade fair in the world hosted in Germany. To get that award you need serious skill, the jury is a panel of world experts on shoe repair. The certificate is proudly hanging in the store and luckily I speak German to understand it. So I know I'm going to the best cobbler in MD, if not the world. Congratulations and keep up the good work.

Excellent work for same day service - they work on short notice and do a great job. I travel to Baltimore from time to time and sometimes need an alteration or minor repair. Their work is sometimes better than the manufacturers, sewing holds together quite well. From my experience, if you're in need of an alteration in one or two days would highly recommend.

Stopped by at 8:35 (hours said open to 9:30). Guy was there and doors were open but “Tailoring closed at 8:00”. Well gee I drove over here and walked into the mall because the hours said you were open. I’ll find another place and probably never be back.

Awesome service. I discussed when would be the best time to pick up, the owner was backed up until maybe Sunday. I dropped off shoes and went back before leaving the mall to confirm pickup - I fully expected next week. To my surprise they were done! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

I wanted to take a moment and share the exceptional work done by Cobbler & Co (Arundel Mills Mall) on the re-heel of my Nettleton and Florsheim LWBs. His careful and meticulous work reflects in the attention to detail and craftmanship of his finished product. Sony clearly takes pride in his work! This was all done at a terrific price point! On top of the great service and workmanship, unknown to me, I happened to have some money fall out of my wallet as I left the store. Sony took the time to leave a message on my phone so I could come back and pick it up. I would highly recommend this business for any and all of your shoe care needs. You will be extremely pleased with the results!

I got two of my blazers tailored from here. They did a great job. The arm length is perfet now and the fitting is awesome. Just one thing, it was a little pricey but I am happy with the work that they di on my blazers. Definitely recommend it.

I dropped off two pairs of shoes, exactly same make, just different colors. One pair needed to be sewn back together on the heel and some elastic replaced on the strap. Other pair I wanted to see if they could be dyed grey (try were a light beige with some dark spots from dirt). I have had these shoes for 3 years, repaired multiple times elsewhere. My only other pair is the exact same make as the previous two, but in navy. So here is the problem. I was first told, no, suede can't be dyed anything but black. Turns out that was wrong. There are special dyes and I should have done it myself instead. I was told that they could only be dyed black. Fine, that's what I usually wear anyways. Then I pick them up. The shoes that were dyed had spots that weren't dyed under the straps. And the soles looked like they had been spray painted, but not even completely, so most of the sole was a different color. It looked horrible. On to the other pair that needed the new elastic and heel repair. The elastic was too long, it had been measured out to the elastic taken OFF that was stretched out, even though there was anothere pair of shoes JUST LIKE THEM to see what the elastic should have been. It was also extremely short, with a bit over 1/8" hanging loose on either side of the elastic. And the glue used to put down the sole again was glopped around the elastic and all shiny. So now my shoes are still too loose and look like crap. At least the stitching was done correctly. That is the only good thing I can say about this place. I could not wait to have them fix either since I needed them for a funeral in 2 days.

I went to Cobbler and Co to have alterations done on a Bridesmaid's dress. My husband has been happy getting his shoes repaired there in the past and I wanted to try a new tailor. They hemmed up my three layer dress and adjusted the straps. The work was well done, speedy, and at a much better price than the tailor I had worked with previously. I will definitely be going there for any future alterations.

These are the cobblers I always use - they are super friendly and have won international awards for their goodyear welt resoles. If you need your dress shoes resoled, polished, refinished, or toe taps added, these guys are the best. They also do red resoles for Laboutin for the the ladies.

I took my wife's shoe in to repair a zipper. The people were nice and professional. We paid the 25$, came back a few days later, and the shoe looks and works great. Great store! They didn't just replace the zipper itself, they were actually able to repair a broken zipper! This place is good. The other reviewer is just a jerk who didn't want to pay for a service. Look this store up on yelp and you'll see 5 star reviews as well!
