Not sure why their pictures all over Google advertise one hour cleaning.... I took one single shirt in at 8am on Saturday (right when they opened) and was told it wouldn't be ready til Monday!!!! One shirt!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Change your signs!!! This is false advertising!!

Does not do good work and are not attentive. I brought in a pair of pants several months ago to be hemmed. They did a nice job and the length was good but after about 2 months the Hem came undone. I brought it back and expressed I had just gotten them done there, they said that they would fix them and clean them. When I went to pick the pants back up they charged me again. I decided not to make a fuss about it since there reviews said they did good work and I figured it was a fluke. Sure enough just a couple months later this Hem comes out AGAIN. I decided to take them elsewhere at that point. Today I went to drop off items for dry cleaning since I haven't had a problem with them on that service. However, I walked in to find the older gentleman in the back steaming clothes and for 7 minutes I stood at the front calling back so that I can get to work on time. I was completely ignored. He even looked up at the front and saw me standing there but went back to steaming shirts. I've never been anything but polite and respectful and had to get ignored for nearly 10 minutes before finally storming out. I'll go to ZIPS from now on I guess. Very dissatisfied

Not ready the day promised. Didn't get a small stain out and never told me that he couldn't get it out. When I told them I wouldn't be back he said "ok"! Not liked at all. Poor customer service.

This place is very good at having your garments cleaned and ready in a timely manner and the staff is extremely nice. I feel like I have been going here my whole life and it’s actally only been since late 2015.

Very disappointed. I googled this cleaners and saw good reviews. When I got here I was rubbed the wrong way because I was told that my pieces were two different colors. Even if they were what does that have to do with dry cleaning? My pickup date was 8/15 at 5pm. Came to pick up my items and was asked to come back the next day. No explanation but I did ask if everything was ok! Was told yes so I went on about my business. Well today is pickup day! Arrived to get my suit and boom, the buttons are mangled and discolored! My event is today so I ran to get new buttons ( total different color) because at this point I have no choice! The lady was very nice and said she would reimburse me the money for the buttons but I just said no thanks. They are currently replacing the buttons now. So disappointed! As a business that’s been around for sometime i thought they could be trusted! A simple clean and press was all that was required!

Nice family owned cleaners and they Do great work. I had a north face jacket that got stained with transmission fluid and when they where done jacket looked like new.
