LOVE this place - consistently great workmanship by very lovely couple who has been doing this for decades. They worked miracles on my wedding dress years ago, but I recently lost a lot of weight and had to get so much of my suits and dresses altered, and they did such a beautiful job on all of them. They are not your chatty hairdresser or fake-smiley salesperson, but they are always kind and professional, if softspoken (i don't think English is their first language). Both of them are skilled tailors, and always seem to be working hard behind the counter space, but the lady is quick to come out and greet you with a smile and a hello when that little bell on the door sounds. I live in fear of the day they'd retire, because where and how am I gonna find such skilled and trustworthy tailors like these again?

I’m so glad we found Sandra! After losing 40 something pounds she helped me alter some of my favorite clothes so I can still wear them! I look great and love my “new” old clothes! Her prices are great too and everything is itemized so you know exactly what you’re paying for not just an abstract number. I’m writing this after my third visit and I’ll definitely be back.

I have used B Tailor several times before and they have done nice work, but frankly they were easy hem jobs on men’s pants. This past week however they did a beautiful job on my daughter’s pleated school skirt and graciously expedited the job after the fact (she didn’t mention she needed it ASAP). The quality work and flexibility to get it done fast was very appreciated.

Came in to see if I could get a dress altered. The store was empty and a woman came out of the back room as I entered. She was very unwelcoming, no smile or greeting. I described what I wanted to be done. Usually at this point I would be told to try on the dress, But after a long pause I asked if I could try on the dress so she could see. I came out and after she picked on the dress material she gave a price and walked back to the desk. Due to customer service I decided not to give her my dress. Very disappointed

I brought a dress to see if the sleeves could be let out because they're too tight but she just kept looking at me like she didn't understand what I was saying. Then I could barely understand her as she said she couldn't do it and I asked for any other suggestions and she just said no. I had the feeling she was overwhelmed with work

I had a sudden spark of inspiration and went through my closet and decided to have my old clothes and shirts that have become bigger tailored. Picked this shop solely on the basis of proximity, and the tailor proved that I should pick them again in the future for reasons more than just that. I'm a happy customer.
