Phenomenal customer service and turn around time. Brought a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed (two fabric layers) and let out a bit. Brought it in on Thursday morning and he had it done before close on Friday. When I called to let him know I was on the way to pick it up he offered to bring the dress down to the street so we didn’t even have to get out of our car. Cost $85. Cash or check only.

Manuel at Tailors International is the best ever! He repaired a ripped seam in my dress for free in 2 minutes. Plus he’s an adorable old Italian who uses a vintage foot-powered sewing machine. There’s nothing not to love about this image.

Had a thick 20 something inch metal zipper replaced in a man's leather jacket this week - the workmanship, service, and price were excellent. Mr. James is knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. I would definitely recommend their services.

I was in town and needed my coat sleeves hemmed with a VERY short turnaround. I submitted an inquiry on their website and was in contact with James very quickly. I was able to get my coat in to him just after they opened and it was ready after lunch. I couldn’t be more grateful for his expediency and talent. I definitely recommend James and this shop.

These guys are true professionals. I brought my baggy wedding tux in and they measured me up in about twenty minutes. A week later, I got it back and it fit like a glove. Highly recommend.

Manuel at Tailors International is a true master tailor. He was trained as a bespoke suit-maker and knows how to do complicated alterations that most tailors would botch or not attempt. He has done a lot of shoulder work on some jackets of mine and the end result was always wonderful, plus he added in the pick stitching showing his attention to detail. Craftsman like him are far and few between, it will be a sad day when he retires.
