I happened upon this shop totally by accident one afternoon. I have a very busy work schedule and have been trying to get some pants altered for quite a while. While out running errands on a recent day off, I noticed how late in the afternoon it was getting to be (near closing time for most businesses) and still had one last errand to run. .. the pants. I looked for the closest tailor, and happened upon this place right at closing time. The doors were locked when I initially approached, but a very nice lady then opened them and invited me in. The shop was very clean and organized.I apologized for being late, however, she was having none of it as she politely and professionally measured for the needed alterations. The pants alterations ended up being perfect. Most tailors and seamstrwsses can do the desired work in a professional manner, however, the owner of this shop made me feel special for just being her customer, no matter if after closing time, and treated me like I wish to be treated. And that is what makes this business a 5 star business in my book.

She does know what shes doing but shes overpriced! She took in my daughter's bridal gown in the waist and at the same time she should have taken out the hip part but she knew she would get more money for it if she did it after the fact. When my daughter tried on her gown it was tight in the hips. That all could have been avoided. She ended up charging another $100 for those alterations. It was a ripoff!

I came here because it was the closest place and I am very glad I did. I purchased this dress online and came to find out the off shoulder part was very loose on me. Considering it's already an XS, my only option was to get it altered. She said she would have to take the zipper part off and reattach it in order to make it tighter. I was nervous about the idea at first, especially since the event I'm going to is just around the corner. But I was not disappointed! It looked flawless. Like it was never touched in the first place.
