All I needed was a hem fixed in my suit pants, she fixed it within 5 minutes and charged $5, was very polite too. Can't speak on wedding dress alterations but I'd feel confident getting my suit tailored here again.

I got my wedding dress altered here and it fit perfectly. They were super nice and for the price it was pretty good bc I had gotten two dresses altered here. They really were nice ^-^

I brought a tux in to be tailored on a Saturday (so I could have it ready 2 Fridays later for a cruise). I paid for it up front according to store policy, and they tell me it will be ready by Thursday that same week....perfect. I end up not being able to go pick it up on time due to a death in the family out of town. The following week, I go in on Tuesday (10 days after drop off) and after 20 minutes of watching them rummage through a ton of clothing, they come back and tell me that they "forgot to do it." As angry as I was, I politely told them I need it done by tomorrow afternoon and they say okay. I went back the next day and try on my "tailored" tux, and it appears that they didn't do anything! It fits the same as it did before! At this point I didn't have time to argue with someone that speaks broken English, so I grabbed my stuff and left. I will find somewhere else to do business. I would not waste your time here, hoping that they remember to do the service that they collected payment for upfront.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING DRESS ALTERED HERE! They get a lot of business from Blush next door and that's why we used them. It was a mistake. They charged $176 to make some small alterations on the bodice and a small bustle. No hemming was necessary. The boss was very argumentative. We had to fight to get more than a single hook bustle. Several other things we asked for and she refused. No, she would not sew in cups, she would not add any more bustles, no she would not add a wrist strap. She was very rude to my daughter when she picked the dress up. After bringing the dress home, we brought it to another alterations specialist and she did everything we asked for. It could all be done, but Tailoring by Tinh refused to do it. Money wasted.

Altered my dress perfectly. I needed the top of the dress reduced in size and the bottom made shorter. I would say that everything was great except the price. It costed $90 for my alterations so i probably wont be going there again.

I decided to give this place a shot--wast of time! The women at this store are downright rude. I only needed my bridesmaid dress to be hemmed and they wanted me to pay $60 for them to hem the bottom NOT expensive material and cut the top layer of tulle. I paid that much recently for a dress that had to be completely fitted to my body! I said I thought it was too much and then had the rude owner laugh at me. I went right down the road to the Golden Needle and am getting this work down for less than half of what this place was charging me. The Golden Needle on Perkins (by Burger Smith) is fabulous! Very sweet people with honest prices. Do not waste your money at Tailoring By Tinh---there are way too many other places out there!

Whatever you do do not bring your wedding dress to these people. They did a horrible job on my dress and I had to pay someone else to fix it. It doesn't help that they didn't even have my dress ready when I got there and they literally had to sew the bustle on while I waited. They are so unprofessional. They make you get fitted three times before you even get to the take your dress. Which is ridiculous. Also, when I was in there another woman went to pick up her wedding dress and they forgot to alter it. They tried to blame it on the woman but it was on her ticket. They told her they would do ALL of the alterations while she waited for 30 minutes. They woman, her mom, and sister were appalled. When I left the woman and the owner were arguing about the entire situation. I would take my money elsewhere
