I've used him on several occasions and he's done fantastic work each time. The best work he's done for me was to alter my wedding dress a few years ago. To save money I ordered this beautiful dress from ebay for about $80. It was a terrific deal since the dress still had extra beading with it. I went to Simon for the alterations and he didn't skip a beat. He told me to try it on and since I forgot the shoes, he had me to tip toe to guestimate the length so that it wasn't too long. I was concerned because the dress was much bigger than I expected so he needed to take in about 4 inches around the waist and re-bead the sides of the dress. I didn't know what to expect but trusted him and he came through. A week and a half later the dress was done, fit perfectly and was beautiful. The wedding went off without a hitch and my husband loved it. For the detailed work he did he only charged me $80 and since I only paid $50 for the dress, I'm completely satisfied. It's true that he only takes cash but I've seen his work and (to me), it's worth it.

Saw the reviews online were good so we decided to use him. He completely ruined my wife's dress and after 3-4 attempts to fix it we just gave up. He said he could take in my vest, but when I tried it on it was the same and he only took it in about 1 cm when ut needed 2-3 inches and he was like I can't take it in anymore when he had said he could on drop off. Charged us full price on it. It took 5 attempt at taking in my pants when I finally just gave up. He also hemned my pants un even and had to redo them. He charges a lot and ONLY TAKES CASH! Something he only tells you after he has done the alterations. Will not use again and recommend if you are a fit or slender person that you don't have him either

He clearly states in the door it opens at 8am but is 830 and still closed. You can't trust your suit to someone that isn't serious. Going somewhere else.

This guy customer service is horrible. I have given him many chances to have my garments ready on time and he consistently does not have garments when they are supposed to be. He always have excuses as to why he has not finished on time. His work is good but it does not make up for his tardiness.
