Worst experience ever. I was told everything I brought in would be about $20 total then wher I went to pick it up she tried to charge me $100 for simple hemming. I was also told everything would be done within a week and now 2 months later I finally got all my clothes back. She lost two of my items in the process. Very frustrating and no apologies whatsoever on her part. She doesn't care about the customer experience at all. She told me she'd call me when it was finished and never did... Blamed it on being too busy instead of taking ownership of poor business practices. Never going back.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MRS. SHIRLEY!! SHE IS TRULY BLESSED WITH THE WORK THAT SHE DOES!! SHE DID AN ALTERATION FOR ME FOR MY BEST FRIENDS WEDDING. SO MUCH HAD TO BE DONE TO THE DRESS BECAUSE IT WAS ORDERED WAY TO BIG AND WAY TO LONG!! BY THE TIME SHE FINISHED MY DRESS WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND TURNING HEADS AND NOTHING BUT COMPLIMENTS ALL NIGHT!!! I WILL BE BRINGING ALL OF OUR FORMAL GOWNS AND OTHER THINGS TO HER!! HEADED THERE FOR HER TO DO MY DAUGHTER'S WINTER FORMAL GOWN!!! HER PROFESSIONALISM IS THE BEST AND THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE'S JUST AS SWEET AS SHE CAN BE! THANKS MRS. SHIRLEY!!
