Mrs Monica was very very nice and she is truly a professional when I tell you I had an emergency rep I didn't have to bring her my clothes dry clean she had a changing room and I was able to take off my pants and she fixed my split down my seem in less than 4 mins...( I know because I was using my phone while she was working)and I was shocked. Then Iask her are you already done and she said yes you said you had an emergency and you have to get back to work she did it right away!!! The work that she did was very clean and professional! I'm a huge fan of customer service and when she was done with me she still has someone else's order ready she's a busy lady but she made time for me I really appreciate that
