The best alteration place! The owner was very nice and did an outstanding job on my bridesmaid dress. The alteration was perfect! I was so impressed with her skills because all other places I went to said that nothing could be done to fix my dress. She fixed it in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend this place!

We allowed these people to alter a brand new dress and it came back with a hole in it because they forgot to stitch it back up. They admitted to this by the way and stated to me no one is perfect. Not once but twice they left a hole in it. The dress also had stains on it. Mind you it was brand new. They are very unprofessional and rude. They tried to imply the second time that the string was pulled out of it on purpose to get a refund. The owner was by far the worse as she repeatedly hung the phone up on us. My guess is because she knew she was wrong. I would not recommend doing business with them at all. I wouldnt have chose one star if I had a choice.
