Went there to rent suits for my wedding party (6 suits). Wasnt thrilled with their selection but the initial fitting experience was pretty good so we settled for what they had. Then 2 days before the wedding they called us to pickup the suits and do a final fitting. All six couldnt go so i (being the groom) went in first. My Suit was the wrong size. Like way wrong. Im 6ft tall the jacket would fit someone who was about 5' 4"! Then the rest of us went in the day before and 4 of the remaining 5 suits were wrong too. One was missing shoes and they tried to cover for it by giving us a pair that was 2 sizes too big and filled with tissue paper! I kid you not! At $215 per rental this is a disgrace. Considering you can buy a custom fit suit for about $300. I had to batlle with them for an hour for some type of discount/refund while i waited for them to alter the suits. No one should have to worry about wearing the wrong size shoes and jackets on the eve their big day. Be very cautious!!

After repeatedly telling them the stuff they claimed fit me was too big they were very stubborn and gave me attitude that it wasn't, long story short had to wear a suit that was 3 sizes too big for my sisters wedding, totally unprofessional and will never use this company again, ended up having to wear my own suit not worth the price at all, horrible customer service

I waited 20 minutes to get fitted for a tux for my buddies wedding. I asked more than 2 people for assistance and I was blown off. One associate told me he would be right with me and then proceeded to walk around the store and avoid eye contact with me. If I hadn't had to stay in this place to get the tux, I woke have walked out. I will never use this store for anything.

My mom took my brothers here to get them fitted for their suits for my wedding. The lady refused to fit them and told them to come back a month before the wedding date...crazy. Everyone else in the bridal party has had their suits fitted, so I don’t understand why she could not fit my brothers. Very dissatisfying. I guess they will have to travel to another Men’s Warehouse to get fitted since this lady could not accommodate them.

Was spoken down to by the blond female manager (heard her say she worked in this business for over 13 years) as a greeting when we arrived for my fiancees scheduled appointment. I asked a simple question to whether we should fill some forms out and she snapped at me. She is completely rude and unprofessional. If my old family friend Mr. George Zimmer still owned this business he would be advised by me to fire this gal immediately, as she is bad for business! I will never return here or ever recommend anyone I know to go here. We took our business elsewhere.

I went in to be fitted for a tux rental for an upcoming wedding. The staff was friendly and knew what sizes to offer without having to try on multiple articles. He explained several discounts available to me and all of the fees or charges for pickup and return exceptions.

My friend, from NJ, and I (local) rented tuxes for the Endymion Extravaganza. The ladies working at this location were so pleasant, helpful, and professional. They measured me and the tux fit great when it came in. My friend was measured in NJ and picked up here. I would definitely recommend. I wish I had gotten the ladies names so they could get all the credit they deserve.

I unsubscribed 2 weeks ago and I'm still getting 2 emails per day. To me, to get more than one email offer per week is harassment. But they set a new record with 2 a day. I feel coming to the door and bowing and saying "I surrender. What do you want me to buy. Just take my credit card and charge it whenever you feel the need. Just please stop emailing." On a product quality assessment they fail too. I don't know another store on the planet that sells a lower quality suit. Even Macy's has higher quality suits. Their shirts are from another culture.

*Wedding Review* We walked in and were immediately greeted by a very polished and professional saleswoman, Andrea. We knew the color we wanted and she immediately sprang into action, giving us several options to chose from. She was incredibly knowledgeable about style, cut, size variance, and availability. She made the process so easy. She got everything sorted and got me fitted right then and there. She gave us all the inside advice about price changes, style changes, and commitments based on early or late fittings. All very helpful. My fiancé and I are 7 months away from our wedding and, thanks to Andrea, the Men's Warehouse will give us everything we could want without the huge price tag. It pays to go early, especially with things like this! Enjoy.

Place honestly sucks. Don't give them buisness. Workers are arrogant and cocky. Wendy's across the street provides better service and that's a fact. They fitted the whole wedding party and literally got not one tux right and there's about 8 of us. There only job is to fit people for tux and they can't even do their JOB right. Emphasis on JOB. It's honestly sad. They do not deserve a dollar.

Great experience! Visited the Bald Hill Rd. location looking for a suit for an upcoming wedding. We were greeted immediately by Frank the manager. Literally within 20 minutes Frank helped me pick out the perfect suit, shirt, tie and pocket square, took all my measurements for the alterations, and cashed me out. Great service! Great selection! Very professional!
