Worst place I've ever been to.. two times he did my jeans the wrong length came back to him sonthat he could fix it..but he got angry and told me that he have to charge me full price both times.. Paid the first time but didn't do it again! Horrible service never calls when he says and doesn't do a good job!

I didn’t even repair my garment at this location. I simply spoke to him about getting a zipper repaired on my skirt and he was extremely rude and dismissive. I’m huge on customer service and this man is as rude as they come. Take your garment else where.

This place would get no stars of I could. The worse place ever. I had two pants hemmed and it was done poorly. I asked him to fix a zipper and he charged 9 dollars. I just picked it up and told him he did not fix it and fought with him 20min. I get home to put them on and went to unzip the zipper and like I told him it wasn't fixed the zipper was broken. Never go to this shop for anything. They absolutely suck.

Love Love Loi's ... he takes his time with me clothing, always give me great compliments and is SUPER kind and doesn't charge me an arm/leg for the alterations. Always goes the extra mile to keep me coming back. His A+++ in my book and if he makes any mistakes, trust me ... he has no problem correcting them. Working together WORKS!! Thanks Loi!
