One star is too much! The Chinese female owner is very rude and disrespectful. I sent two shirts to be cleaned and in the process they stained the shirts worse. These shirts had only been worn once. When I told her, she got loud and claimed that wasn't possible. I had to ask her who she was raising her voice at. She refused to compensate me for messing up my shirts. I've only had this happen once before in all of my years of utilizing dry cleaning and the last owner simply apologized and provided compensation. Do not use Lee Cleaners, they clean poorly, are rude and disrespectful.

They don't deserve any stars. Not happy with this place. I was insulted the first time I visited Lee's, because they required that, if you are a new customer, you have to pay for your cleaning up front before they will accept you as a customer. I have never paid for a service, up front, without first verifying that they can do the job properly. Seems to me that they have something to hide. Their loss. Not mine. I have been happily received by another dry cleaners down the street.

I went in with two jackets, a pantsuit, and a dress with light beading. She asked me to sign a waiver for the beading. I understood, but I asked her about their process for cleaning these type of items. I didn't want to sign a waiver and come back and have ALL of the beading gone because their process may have been a bit harsh. She didn't like that question, and immediately went semi-defensive. I told her don't worry about the dress. Next, one of the jackets is the one I wear as a part of my attire for church. She told me the garments wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. I said that wouldn't work, and she shoved my garments back across the counter and said, "you go now." I told her that she had horrible customer service skills, and that her business might have better success if she learned how to deal with the public. I bid her a blessed day and I left. If there was a rating LESS than 1, it would still be too generous.
