Horrible customer service. They did not hem my daughter's dress AT ALL for a wedding, but charged me prior to service. They refused to reimburse me for a service I prepaid for. As a matter of fact, the owner laughed in my face several times when I asked for a reimbursement. I paid for a service she neglected to do properly. Very disrepectful, and could care less about the way I was inconvenienced. She told me that it was my fault for not having my daughter try on the dress at pick up. I had plenty of items altered here in the past. I'm a repeat customer, so for her to tell me that "it was my fault" was disrespectful. The lack to satisfy unhappy customers doesn't exist here. I will never give them my business again.

I have been using Fashion Tailoring since the early 1990’s for everything, including men’s suits, prom dresses, wedding dresses, children’s clothes . I frequently have to have many alterations in my clothes , such as shoulders taken in, extra darts, etc., not just hems. Hannah , the owner, has always done a fantastic job for my family. I try to give her a week to get things done, but several times she has done them in a day or two if necessary. I have recommended Fashion Tailoring to many people!
